I Paid for my product and was immediately told by the assistant that the payment had not gone through.I was adamant that it had. I was again told that it hadn't,fed up with discussing any further I paid again.During a routine check of my bank account I noticed that the exact same amount that I hadn't paid was put back into my account. Oh dear.

Nice store with friendly staff

I was treated with respect by the lady who helped.me find what I was looking for. She was very friendly and made my experience very pleasant.

The young male store assistant at East Midlands Designer Outlet was very friendly and a great sales person. He is a great asset to you. I came away with 3 items while browsing! I have used my lovely casserole dish, but the pancake pan will make an appearance this weekend!

I was staying with my brother and his wife at Sutton-At-Ashfield and we were visiting the M&S Outlet at Mansfield. This was an unplanned visit as I have never been to the Retail Outlet and spotted ProCook unit and headed there. Something inside me was drawing me into the place and I ended up looking at the frying pan items and then looked at the wok. I then headed to the group of shop assistants and a lovely lady called Renata was extremely helpful. She said she was a passionate home cook and I could tell she was genuine. She was incredible and so helpful and I told her I wanted no non-stick frying pan and wok and because she was so wonderful I bought the Elite Tri-Ply Frying Pan and Wok. Without Renata's passion and advice I would have walked out of the shop without a purchase.

Great quality product and customer service at East Midlands Designer, South Normanton. I hope Pro Cook doesn’t close at this venue like a lot of other shops. We need you!

Purchased a pod coffee machine from the outlet. Staff were lovely and can’t fault the service. The two stars are for the machine itself. Previously had a Nespresso which gave up after 6 years and given how expensive they are I chose a pro cook version that takes original pods. Whilst it does work it feels flimsy and the water tank leaks…a lot. The milk frother however is decent.

Excellent service. The young man who on the till extremely helpful and went out his way to direct us to product that we gave an idea of description
He did however encourage us to purchase other items.

Very friendly and helpful, however, deducting 1 star, as when we got home, (we live an hour away), we found one of the pans we purchased was the wrong type, tri-metal and should have been the non stick forged..... Which means my wife has to go back and change it..... God knows what else she'll find to spend our money while she's there!!

Shop very well stocked easy to get around. Clean and tidy. Staff very polite and helpful. Went in just to browse and ending up buying something. Will definitely shop here again.
