We love going into ProCook for a mooch but today I brought a food mixer and I'm glad I did brilliant all round - suckers hold it down so it can't dance on the worktop - very easy to use too - well impressed

Unhelpful staff and average product
Staff were not helpful and made us feel like we were just interrupting thier conversation. No packaging, instructions or bag offered for product. Was even told to get different product off shelf as the one we had picked was a display one.

The staff member was so friendly and knowledgeable, actually seemed to enjoy her job which was refreshing . She had the product herself and also the manager and said how good they were, no pressure to buy just honesty. Will definitely return and recommend. Have since used the product and they are fantastic.
