Arrived on time , carpet cleaned using steam cleaner, very efficient service and great results from cleaning the carpet looks very good. Conducted by a very capable individual, very polite and helpful. Will use again.

I called this 24/7 carpet cleaning company after my dog had an accident on the carpet. They gave me a rough idea of when they’d arrive and kept me updated along the way. The technician who came was very polite, explained everything clearly, and put me at ease. The carpet was cleaned quickly and efficiently, and you’d never know there had been a mess there at all. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Very pleased. Chap arrived promptly, very friendly, helpful and efficient. Did a great job with minimum fuss and disruption, and worked very cleanly and considerately. My carpets are old, but am very pleased with how well they came up. Would definitely use again! Good value too.

Vlad cleaned our three piece suite yesterday and we are very pleased with the result. There were areas on the arms which required more attention from hands resting on them and these are now perfectly clean. The backs of the armchairs also needed more work as they had hair products on the surface and these are much improved. These areas are not quite dry yet but we feel confident that when they are they will also be clean. Thank you Vlad for your attention to detail and thank you Prolix for your efficient service. Great experience from start to finish. Ivy was great when enquiring and booking. My Mother-in-law stepped in to cover the actual clean. The results were better than I ever imagined. The sofa was cleaned too and that was ok. However, the carpets were outstanding. Well recommended.

I was in a bit of a rush, as I needed to get the carpet cleaned before the removers arrived with my furniture into my new flat. I could get a same-day appointment at a very reasonable price, and the technician went above and beyond to remove all stains. He also took some time to explain that some stains were due to the age and usage. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received and I will certainly call them again when my carpet needs a bit of love !

We’ve just had our two grubby armchairs and lounge carpet steam cleaned this morning.
Victor arrived on time and was so well organised he got to work without delay.
The result after 2 hours hard work was unbelievably brilliant and excellent value.

I booked their carpet cleaning service for my mum’s carpets/rugs and spoke with a very helpful and friendly lady in their office who made everything very simple for me.
