Homecoming Dress…
I preordered my Granddaughter’s HOCO dress from PromGirl and was so happy that I did. The dress arrived exactly on the estimated timeline, was very well packaged & in perfect condition. The dress was stunning!!!! Even more so than the pictures online. The price was awesome, only a fraction of what other dress shops would charge for something similar. If you are looking for a trustworthy experience then I highly recommend PromGirl!!!!!!!!!

I bought clothes from this company and…
I bought clothes from this company and contacted them because the size was wrong. They told me I had to pay almost $9 for the return, which I did. I selected the option to receive the same item in a different size.
Later, I emailed them to ask about the status of my return. At first, they claimed they had not received it. When I sent them proof that the package had been delivered and received, they changed their story and said they had sent me an email that I never responded to. However, I never received any email from them.
Then they told me they would only give me store credit instead of sending the replacement, which would force me to pay an additional $15 for shipping. This company appears to be a scam. They do not provide proper customer service, and they do not issue refunds either. I have already reported this company to the BBB Scam Tracker and ReportFraud.ftc.gov.

Mother of the Groom Dress
I tried on many dresses as mother of the groom. It came down to two. One of the dresses was available through PromGirl. The shopping gods must have been looking out for me because there was only one dress left in the style I wanted and it was in my size! How crazy was that! With that, it was half the price of the dress in the bridal salon and it was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. It was a great experience!

Beautiful dresses at a great price!
I really really loved the quality of the dresses and I've ended up with 2 wedding dresses for a very reasonable price. Compared to some other online sites the dress quality and tailoring is much nicer.

Quality great, sizes be careful
Quality is amazing! Dress is gorgeous. Definitely do the measurements and assume about 2inches less than stated in the information. Only other negative is the return/exchange policy isn't a long enough time to take up on the offer. If have definitely gotten a size up and had zero complaints if it wasn't so short.

We did not have a good experience at all.
We did not have a good experience at all. We wanted to receive the dress within 2 days. We ordered on Saturday and expected it to arrive by end of the day Tuesday. Amongst all the shipping options, they had “2 day shipping” and the other was “Rush delivery” that we were looking at. We choose Rush delivery which was the most expensive of all. We paid $50 for the shipping. Dress with the shipping came to about $400. We were going on a trip on Wednesday and needed the gown by the end of the day Tuesday but unfortunately the delivery status showed Wednesday end of the day delivery. When I called the customer service, I spoke with a lady named Kim (I think) and she kept convincing me that Wednesday is the 2nd business day. From all my corporate world experience I knew Tuesday was the 2nd business day. Rather than apologizing, the lady spoke in a rude way and kept convincing me that Wednesday was the 2nd business day. She HUNG UP the phone on me. Even after choosing the “Rush Delivery” option and paying $50, our entire experience was disappointing since we didn’t receive the dress on time for our big family wedding trip.

I ordered the Gold LaDivine J890 and it took exactly one week to arrive with standard shipping. The dress was absolutely gorgeous and the quality was definitely worth the price! I will most definitely be ordering from Prom Girl again - I got many compliments all night!

Just got my daughter gown and although it is beautiful it did not fit and not by a little ot would not even reach to zip up. She was measured buy local formal ware shop and this dress was so small in the bust. And when I went to seek exchange they denied claim .....Final sale crap I get the return ok but shouldn't you want happy customers....Do not order from this company...
