The dress looks just like the photo, it was beautiful my daughter looked beautiful and elegant, only thing I didn’t like was the glitter and sequins being everywhere, falling off the dress but other than that! Chefs kiss!

We had a fantastic experience! We ran into an issue with a dress that we had previously ordered (NOT FROM PROM GIRL) and were in a time crunch to get a new dress. We called the shop directly and had a great employee help us find the dress we wanted to be ordered and get it delivered ASAP. Very, very happy with them and would 100% buy from, again.

I was impressed with Prom Girl for…
I was impressed with Prom Girl for several reasons. 1. The dresses were reasonably priced and on par with other companies. 2. The quality of dress was pretty good. The dress looked just like the picture... fabulous! 3. The size chart was on point. This made it easy to choose the correct size for my daughter. 4. We chose the dress later than I would have liked, but we specifically chose Prom Girl because of how quickly it would come. They did not disappoint. We ordered it Saturday night, and it was delivered by Wednesday (at no extra cost). 5. Finally, they are quick to respond to messages. I do NOT trust companies that you cannot get in touch with and who give you the runaround. The staff was very good about responding to my messages. I would certainly recommend this company to others.

The dress had a strong chemical smell when I opened it. It was fuller than the picture. I failed to read the small print when I ordered the dress that I would not be refunded my money. I will get a store credit instead which I still haven’t received even though my dress was promptly returned

Just don’t. That’s the best advice I can give you. If you get lucky with the dress great. If you want to talk to anyone, if you have a problem, be prepared for the rudest, most condescending and unhelpful experience in all of retail. My daughter’s dress literally did not come with tags and they will not accept it back for what reason… No tags! Can someone spell scam? Guessing the person who owns this place cannot but he or she sure can come up with a host of policies to take your money. Like I said, just don’t. Anywhere else would be better.

Absolutely would not recommend this company. The sizing is awful and they won’t accept returns, only store credit. You can’t order multiple sizes to ensure the proper fit because you won’t be able to return the others.

I bought this dress for my daughter‘s…
I bought this dress for my daughter‘s prom. It did not fit. I purchased the insurance in case it did not fit whenever I requested for the fit. It tried to make me pick a dress right away. My daughter was not available at that time. I had still put the request in and I had gotten approved when my daughter was available to pick up his dress. It was saying that I could no longer return it because it was past the days this is unbelievable. I have requested them right away since then and I have gotten no response. It was like on the right away the next day after it said you couldn’t return it, but I had still requested the return beforehand within like the four day window. I am very upset. I am out of pocket $250 actually I’m out of pocket $450 because I had to purchase a dress elsewhere but still no response from these guys

I was charged extra for next day…
I was charged extra for next day delivery & I never received my items the “next day”. I complained that I would like my money back for the extra fee of “next day delivery “. I received the item 6 days after I ordered and the customer support team emailed and told me that they didn’t care and that “next day delivery “ gives them 3 days before they mail items off to be considered “next day delivery “. So my item were NextDay Delivered by the company standards. I should be happy that I even received my items. So I will never order from here again. I’m glad I found out that company doesn’t care about its customers but only the money they consumed from the customer is all they wanted! Thanks for Sucking on my first order!
