Bought 2 new tyres this morning and the lads were brilliant. Checked them first, sorted the news and fitted them within 1 hour. Even had a very good hot chocolate while I waited. Can't praise them enough, friendly and efficient. Excellent service, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great after care after a misfortune accident
Whilst my car was in Protyre having work done post MOT failure, my car keys was lost/misplaced, now im realistic enough to accept that these things happen, but I can't speak highly enough of the staff and in particular the manager, who did everything possible to assist me, including transport home (by the manager) arranging for an auto locksmith to make and program a new car key ( this was done out of hours and im sure at great expense) he then collected me the following day and took me to collect my car and when it came to settling my bill, this was then discounted. Yes this came about because my key went missing, but I understand these things happen, how it was dealt with afterwards was exemplary and appreciated

Great prompt service
Great prompt service that's easy to book online. Easy to find location right next to a supermarket with a cafe so you can have a coffee while waiting. They go above and beyond and will give the underside of the car a quick look over and email a report to you about that and pricewise they're comparable to other tyre/service garages with a great range of tyres available to order online so they have them raedy for yor booked appointment
