Professional service - safety first - very helpful (and a free drink!)
I visited the garage to get my tracking done as I was not happy with the handling. It was booked in online and I took advantage of a 50% offer. When I brought the car in, one of the mechanics informed me that both front tyres were illegal. I knew they needed attention but hoped this could have been done afterwards. this wasn't the case so I had the front two tyres replaced and rebooked the wheel alignment for later that afternoon. Apparently, it was close to impossible as one of the track rod ends was stuck/seized. After some time heating, it was released and the alignment became possible. I was informed that the ends may need replacing next time. Genuinely pleased with my visit if a little time consuming but all safe now - many thanks!!

We ordered a tyre on the Monday
We ordered a tyre on the Monday, and we're informed that the make of tyre we requested would be ordered, and would be at the branch for fitting the following day at 11.30. We returned to the branch as asked on the Tuesday. As soon as we arrived our car was taken to the workshop where the tyre was fitted in a timely fashion. Both of the staff members that we had dealings with were friendly, efficient, and very obliging. We would recommend anyone to use Protyre Autocentre in Bournemouth.

Had wheel alignment and front wheels…
Had wheel alignment and front wheels balanced. 10 days later and a weight has come off and the car vibrates excessively, so worse than when i took it in.
Have had to go to a more reliable garage to get it sorted and discovered that the alignment is also out. Recommend you look elsewhere!
