Great experience at Protyre Charminster 👍
Went in with a puncture and they did a proper job, no plug type repair, tyre off, repaired and rebalanced.
Really appreciated the thorough job, plus the staff were great to chat too, offered tea and coffee, and made the wait enjoyable.
Excellent service all round — definitely recommend.

Snap bolt
Snap bolt. Told me to go to a garage to fix it at my cost. I return to tell them it was there oblecation to fix it. They then said yes we will fix it. Gave me a week later to fix an replacement tyre. Not except able. When fix dint return sucurity socket. Did not phone me. Had to return to ask. 3days later. They had it and knew it was mine. Probably never use pro tyre ever again.

Took my number incorrectly again
Took my tyre off after a pothole blowout.
Had a nightmare in the rain on an uneven surface & the car slipped the jack, crushing my hand. [none of which are Protyre's fault of course].
So then took the wheel into the Bournemouth shop for a new tyre - the fella took my number, but 'must have written it down wrong' as I called them back after 6 days of not hearing from them!
Not very apologetic / no discount as a sweetener...
Second disappointing visit to this branch. Shame cos it's on my doorstep

Disappointing service
Booked in for 2 new tyres for 10.30, car didnt get looked at till 1600.
I was told that my receipt would be sent my email but still not received one week on.
