Excellent experience today at Sowton ProTyre with getting the tracking done on my Model S Tesla. The guy on reception (didn't get his name) was friendly and helpful.
Ben - the guy who did the tracking adjustment on my car, was brilliant! Helpful, knowledgeable and modest enough to ask how to access the service mode on my car and the PERFECT level of politeness 😁
I've also used the Marsh Barton ProTyre, they were great too. So I suspect they're an excellent company with well trained staff.
Highly recommend. A+.

Long waits and wasted journeys
Bought two tyres online and picked a 10.30 time slot for fitting and a free tracking check. The tyres were not fitted until 11.30 so I had to come back for the tracking. When I returned the machine was being checked so I had to come back again only to be told the machine was now out of commission.

However even on a £25 puncture they charge an environmental charge! WTF?

Purchase 2 Fallen tyres. Very good experience at the fitting centre, reception was very well managed. Offered a free hot drink. Plenty of seating, quick fitting service & the price was much cheaper for the tyres that I wanted.
