We needed a new tyre due to a puncture, we were given a quote by phone and on arrival we were met by Chris, he dealt with us professionally and put at ease quickly and told us how long the work would take. On completion, just within the time quoted, he went through all the work done which we appreciated. Overall we were dealt with well and I would recommend Gloucester Protyre

I’ve used this branch now for a number of years - always found the staff very attentive knowledgeable and professional. I’ve also seen this when they have dealt with other customers who sometimes are a little less technically minded always going above and beyond to ensure they have a positive experience of their visit to this branch

Good staff/but….
Good for my tyres but….. please ! please check Tyre pressures before handing bk to customers
Luckily I have a tyre inflator as I had to stop because my dash/tyre indicator said I had to on way home. Both tyres were NOT checked reading 24/22 as my tyres need 32-34
PLEASE CHECK IN FUTURE BEFORE HANDING BACK TO CUSTOMER!!!!
I could have been joining the motorway after my pick up of car. !!!!!!!!!!
Other than that very knowledgeable and I have used in the past keep up the valuable work everyone.

Pain free, last minuting MoT booking
Last minuting book of an MoT was fairly easy via the Protyre Autocare website. Word or warning though: if you are using the weblink for your local Protyre after finding them via Google Maps, make sure that you chose the correct branch on the webpage as the location isn't transferred from Google Maps!
I arrived 5 minutes before the MoT was scheduled and I had to wait ~45 minutes for it to be completed. It was a baking hot day, but the reception is fully airconditioned and complementary drinks are available form a vending machine.

I managed to book a back tyre for my Honda Pan European ST1100 with a brand i have always used at a very reasonable price and also opted for the tyre to be fitted there.
I did this on line which also allowef me to pick a day and time.
Within a short time,the tyre was ready and off i went to be told they had no motorcycle tyre fitter that day and could not understand how on line had booked my bike in.
Although a wasted journey,i understand teething issues with on line versus actual branch capabillities and i was promised the tyre would be ready by 8.30 the next morning and i also recieved an appology from the guy who served me.
The following day,i returned at 9.30 to find the tyre fitted,balanced and was very happy with the branch for their service.
My motorbike then went for it's MOT and flew through without any issues so i was completely happy.

I booked a 12 o'clock appointment for…
I booked a 12 o'clock appointment for two new tyres and front tracking four days in advance, we arrived on time and we were informed that they were busy so went down to Costa and returned at 1330 to be informed they were just starting the work they can put on the new tyres but can't do tracking or balance the rear wheels as requested as the were to busy. This was the complete opposite end of service I received a few years ago I'm afraid to say I will not be using them again
