Easy to book online, quick process to drop cars off and always very polite. Quick turn around and called when ready, makes the whole process of dealing with Protyre very easy. Cost competitive as well, especially against main dealers.

Would have given 5 stars but…
Would have given 5 stars but on arrival at Protyre I requested duration of time to fit 4 new tyres and front wheel tracking was told around about 90 mins for my arranged appointment time 11 am
Returned 2 hours later and car had just been taken into workshop so waited a further 90 minutes for work to be completed
To be fair to workshop manager he did say he would call me when work was completed but potential customers were coming into the premises requesting on the spot work which he attempted to accommodate and he obviously tried to accommodate them for business reasons no doubt and the fact it was a Saturday which is probably the busiest day caused my delay but i think arranged appointment times should be a priority but at the end of the day I was just happy to have all the work carried out professionally to my satisfaction
So no 5 stars this time but I will use Protyre in the future

Paid for a bronze service
Paid for a bronze service, which included the top up of the coolant and washers etc. when I checked the levels at home the coolant was below minimum and washers also won’t topped up. Called the garage to say which the gentleman apologised for and said bring it back at your convenience. It’s a 25 minute drive to garage so I won’t be going back as it would cost more in fuel when I can just top them up my self. Makes me wonder if the oil and filter were also changed!!! If it was cost £186 as they clearly did nothing else as part of the bronze service.

Appointment arranged for 10.30, didn’t start on the tyre change until 1140, no customer service didn’t inform me until I asked when my tyre would be changed, answered people on the sick, should have been informed of delay on arrival 💩service.

Branch of choice
I would like to complement the staff I met at Stockton branch. I was greeted in a friendly professional manner the difference between the staff at this branch (helpful and accommodating) and the staff at Middlesbrough branch(Not so helpful) is very noticeable and although it means i will actually have to drive a few extra miles past the Middlesbrough branch to get to the Stockton branch this will be my branch of choice and i would recommend it to all.
