My new number 1 tyre fitters
They were very busy with loads of problems form diffrent customers including myself . Their manager was away and the lads all pooled together solved loads of problems and helped each other out.
My previous fitter had been bodging my alignment and these guys fixed it .my car handles better than ever. Now ive seen these guys handle a tough day they will get my bussines every time .

Really helpful, friendly and open - happy to give guidance on tyres and understand that every has a budget and never sounded judgemental.
Also, fixed an issue of tyres not being ordered by upgrading to what they had in stock and honouring the quoted price.
Can't say fairer that that! Hence 5 stars.

Ordered my tyres on the Protyre website on Saturday and made an apppintment for fitting for the following Monday at 10:30.Arrived at Protyre around 10:20 and the tyres were already ther so I left my car at 10:30 and collected again with new tyres at midday.

At last you have found a manager with a good manner of treating your customers. i was booked in for an MOTand service, all went well and i even got a phone call at home to tell me my car had passed and was ready for collection..

Protyre dug us out of a hole promptly and most efficiently by diagnosing the reason for a power failure and correcting it so that we could go ahead with the MOT and car tax renewal. This all without prior appointment.

They took my car for its MoT earlier than booked, and returned it earlier than expected, passed, great!

Have always been more than happy with these guys. Prices are usually very competitive and they are quick to get things booked in and seen to.

Appointments can sometimes overrun a bit - but in fairness that can happen anywhere, and they have a pretty reasonable seating area - so just give yourself a bit of time and enjoy an enforced break if it happens.

I've also found that if there were problems later, they have always been very quick to try to help out and assist - even if it wasn't necessarily something directly related to the work that was done.

I had been contacted by Blackcircles to say my appointment couldn't be carried out, but after contacting Protyre, all went well
The only niggle was that I couldn't phone Protyre in the morning as the "We are currently closed" message was still switched on, i think because the team were short staffed

I knew I needed new front tyres and the tracking looked at and I knew the adjusters were siezed. They managed to achieve that where another supplier just wanted to replace the arms at a cost of around £500.

Having hit a wet puddle in the dark, which proved to also be a deep pot hole, I took my car to Protyre to get the tracking checked. fortunately they were able to do this quickly and gave me excellent advice and reassurance. They also provided me with full details on the state of my tyres etc.
