Booked and paid for Four tyres online
Booked and paid for Four tyres online. Turned up at booked time on a Friday Morning to be told I wasn't booked into the system, And they were too busy to help me and come back on Tuesday. I Contacted customer relations. Got an email saying I would get a call back but it never happened. Won't be using This company ever again.

Do not take any advise !
I was at Protyre to get two tyres replaced. After the job was done, I was advised that my rear brake pads urgently needs replaced , and that this is something what I should do asap as it's dangerous to keep driving with these. I asked for a price, they gave me an estimate of £ 250-£300 (what seemed very high to me as it was only the pads, not the discs). I rang two other garages the day after and got priced £ 150- £ 160. A few days later my car was booked in to change the brake pads. The garage inspected my car and informed me they do not need to be replaced and there are at least 10,000 miles + left on them. Absolute shocking that Protyre tried and forced me to get a job done which wasn't even needed, in addition to that for double the price.

So why have I only given four stars?
I never got a receipt that's why. No paperwork given to me, nor an email. A major failure as far as I'm concerned.
