The Pubshop Catalogue 

I had been using pubshop for sometime. But the last time I ordered in july 2019 the item didnt arrive till october. I had to constantly chase, I did get replies with delivery dates that never happened.
Since then the product has stopped working , January 2020 I've been chasing them since then but no response what so ever, I've filled out online form, sent emails and tried ringing.
I wouldn't reccomend them until they get their act together

Can someone please contact me ASAP I still have not received my order and am unable to get through on the phone lines

Ordered more than 2 months ago, no delivery yet. Paid by card and not responding. AVOID.

To be honest I read the reviews after I placed an order and became concerned as seems to be the case with many customers. However, I was contacted and I received my order in time for a planned event - the girls contacted me and every effort was put into getting my delivery on time - some items arrived damaged and they were quickly replaced - so apart from the initial concerns I have to say my order arrived in good time and I am happy that a company can offer such a good deal - thanks to all of you - I would say contact is very important with customers- if you could improve on this I am sure your reviews would be much kinder - at the very least you could make it clearer what the delivery date should be - I wish you all the best and I will definitely look to you for future orders 🙏 Bridget @ Westexe Sports & Social Club- Tiverton

Absolutely hopeless. Ordered on 22nd Nov for delivery before Christmas. Nothing has been received (now end of Feb). Pubshop don't reply to emails and phone permanently on answer message only so you cannot contact them.

Complete rip-off! Don't give these crooks your money.

As with others nothing recieved from item ordered to replies from emails. No telephone number available. Waiting for refund from credit card now but at least I will get my money back and I did get my item from another company for a few pounds more but don’t think you are getting a bargain here

TERRIBLE, ORDERED 2 MONTHS AGO NOW, NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED FROM A £150+ ORDER. CANT GET HOLD OF THEM TO GET A REFUND. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE TO ME WITH THEM, HOWEVER TEMPTING THERE LOW PRICES DONT BE TEMPTED, YOUR JUST GOING TO RECIEVE ISSUES.

This company also trades as Home Shop Catalogue. Their service is appalling. Here is my story.

Placed an order with Home Shop Catalogue on 29 January 2020. The debit card payment was taken from my account on 3 February 2020. order did not arrive. After 10 days I looked up my order on the website and it said it was ready for dispatch. It still did not arrive. I checked back in the following days and the same message came up

I then tried to call the telephone number on the website. The message on the answer machine was that they preferred to respond to emails as it was more economically efficient for them. I then emailed them on 13 February 2020 asking for an update on my order. They did not reply. On 18 February 2020 I emailed to say that as I had not heard from them I would be initiating a chargeback on my debit card for the mount in question and would be outlining my experience of their service on all available websites. I have done so his morning.

I don't know if these people are crooks. It is evident, however, that their customer service is shockingly bad. I would recommend avoiding them and going elsewhere for any proposed purchase.

Have taken my money and refuse any communication. Payment was made on January 5th, its now the 18th Febuary and after repeated emails and phonecalls I still have not received any communication back.
I have no idea how to get my money back or my item, PubShop are impossible to communicate with. I recommend you steer well clear.

Was sent the wrong item, was fed back but haven't heard anything since. A very poor start to a potential relationship

Oder placed and money taken 26 jan now 17 feb still waiting for order to arrive!!!! Despite two emails and phone call which is never answered.

Wide extensive range to choose from at good prices, eventually delivered by a snail.

I ordered a product through the website but when delivered it was not suitable. I sent a request to return the product and received an email stating someone would be in touch within 5 days. That was 12 days ago and I am still waiting for a reply, so the customer service is very poor.

I placed an order almost 2 months ago. No telephone number to speak to anyone and no responses to email contact. Would not recommend

Ordering was easy & I was kept informed with the order status. Goods were as ordered but delivery could have been quicker.
