Awesome after sale customer service! I love my bike, it exceeded my expectations in every way. I have bought two, the Bulldog and the Labrador and they are both great.

We purchased our bike in April 2025. We experienced a problem with the release switch for the battery. Multiple times we had to tighten the screw to get there release switch to work. The mister recent time the plastic switch broke. I contacted support and they were quick to reply and confirm the shipping address and are sending a replacement part.

When my wife injured her foot towards the end of winter, we bought a Puckipuppy Husky Trike. I wanted her to have a way to go on the dog walks without having to walk. It worked perfect for that period of time and gave her a chance to get some exercise.

I bought a second trike because I saw that I could probably use it on the golf course. I did several rounds with the Husky and it made the rounds go faster and saved me some money on cart rentals. Not to mention a lot of good exercise.

Our first ride together was on a railroad bed that was almost completely undeveloped. Lots of big loose rocks. The Husky did pretty well, the 4" tires were the reason I like this trike for some of the riding that I envisioned we would be doing. The screws did rattle off the fenders, but it was an easy fix to buy some slightly longer screws and using a locking washer to really make sure that they would stay on.

My wife and I have each put over a hundred miles on these trikes and I would say that they are sturdy and safe. Everything worked fine out of the box, assembly was not too bad except for aligning the fenders. The trikes came with a pretty extensive set of tools, spare parts, and accessories, so that was an added bonus.

I've been in touch with Puckipuppy customer service staff in regard to a couple of very minor issues and they have been 100% responsive to my needs and suggestions.

I would definitely buy a bike or trike from this company again. Their e-bikes and trikes are rugged and have met my needs for recreational purposes.

Good power and a very comfortable ride. Fat tire + dual suspension make off road riding comfortable. I am grateful for the large “grannie” seat for longer rides. Battery lasts me about 60 minutes of a riding at medium peddle assist. Great bike for the price with great accessories added.

I use the Labrador Pro for hunting. So far so good. The pedal assist is surprisingly smooth. Would recommend.

I have the Golden R, its a great hunting bike. Im 6'2" 230lbs and it has plenty of power to pull steep hills even loaded with stands and hunting gear. I had one minor issue with the bike shutting off when using the throttle from a dead stop. Two or three emails with customer service and new parts are in the mail. Great customer service.

Very easy to put together, a fantastic ride! I really have fun riding this trike, my daughter gets into the rear basket and just enjoys the wind in her face and sometimes tries to fall asleep!!

We bought property and 2 bikes came with the property. They we just 3 months old. One didn’t work. I contacted them and though it took multiple parts we got it fixed. Not one did they give me the run around. Great experience. This was from March - Oct of 2025.

I notified Puckipuppy Support about broken display handlebar clamps on my GoldenR. Their response was immediate and a new/replacement Display: Labrador/Boxer/Boxer ST/GoldenR/Bulldog/Laborador pro was sent to me extremely quickly and without question. Received the replacement part within 4 days.

Great e-bike at a great price! I purchased the Corgi model back in March of 2025 and I have over 1400 miles it already. I use it to commute to work some days and other days just ride. The cruise control feature is awesome!!!! Love this e-bike and highly recommend !!! Customer service is awesome as well. Quick responses and a company that stands behind their product. Had an issue with the rear rack bag and battery charger that was quickly taken care of with no hassle!

Great bike and company. I got a Labrador model and it’s been great. My family enjoyed taking it on the trails and on longer cruise rides. We have put approximately 300 miles on it already since purchasing it earlier this year.

Performance: Once I got used to tyhe Cadence sensor operated motor, I could navigate hills easily I was. Performs on flat/rolling roads/terrains very well. Battery last well. Very comfortable.

Negative: Not a huge deal; however, assembly instructions could be better.

sed our Pucky Puppy electric bike a lot since we bought it, and we’ve been really impressed. The ride is super comfortable — the shocks, seat, and overall suspension make a big difference, especially on longer rides. The range is also excellent; we can go for hours without worrying about running out of power.

The accessories are another highlight — especially the extra lights, which really light up the trail at night and make evening rides safer and more enjoyable.

These bikes are definitely on the heavier side — not as light as a mountain bike, but also not as bulky as a moped. They strike a nice balance, and the weight gives them a solid, stable feel on the road or trail.
