Extremely disappointing and suspicious experience with PU Prime. My friend opened an account, deposited money, and traded normally. When she finally made a profit and requested a withdrawal, the withdrawal was suddenly stuck without any clear explanation.
Customer support keeps delaying the process and giving vague responses instead of resolving the issue. Everything seems smooth when you deposit money, but when it comes to withdrawing profits, serious problems start.
This kind of behavior seriously damages trust and raises concerns about the broker’s transparency. A reliable broker should never block or delay legitimate withdrawals.
I strongly warn other traders to be very careful before depositing money with PU Prime. Make sure you understand the risks because getting your money back might become a big problem.

My experience with this broker has been very frustrating and stressful. After making profits in my trading account, my withdrawal request of 1610.8 USD was suddenly rejected with the reason “suspicious credit abuse.” Immediately after that, my account was restricted from both deposits and withdrawals, even though the funds are still clearly visible in my trading account.
It feels like when traders become profitable, withdrawals are blocked and the broker starts blaming “bonus abuse” or other unclear reasons instead of processing the withdrawal.
I even clearly told the support team that if they believe any profit was made using bonus credit, they can simply deduct the bonus amount or remove the bonus-related profits and allow me to withdraw my remaining funds. I am completely fine with that. But despite this, my account remains restricted and I have not been given any proper explanation.
I have sent multiple emails and also contacted live chat many times, but there has been no real help or resolution from the risk or compliance team.
What makes this situation even more stressful is that I urgently need these funds right now. My father’s heart surgery is scheduled in the next two days, which is why I requested the withdrawal in the first place. Despite explaining this situation to the support team, they are still not allowing me to withdraw my own funds.
Holding a client’s funds without clear communication or a fair solution is extremely concerning. I sincerely hope the company reviews my case urgently and releases my funds as soon as possible. My Pu prime user id:- 1749579 . My trading account no :- 26366258

Hey everyone, PU Prime is a scam forex broker. I made a withdrawal from my account since 23rd February, 2026. I have not received the funds till. I complaint to their officer in Nigeria but no solution until the guy stopped attending to me. I chatted with the agents online through live chat, all to no avail as well.

I want to tell everyone that PU PRIME is fraudulent company. If they have not withheld your withdrawal now, they will do it later.

On 9 March 2026, I experienced what I believe to be serious price manipulation on the PU Prime platform, specifically while trading Gold (XAUUSD).
According to the trading hours listed on their website, the market should have opened at 00:01. However, the PU Prime platform did not display any price feed until approximately 00:06, meaning there were about 6 minutes with no pricing available on their platform.
During this time, other brokers had already opened normally and were showing live prices.
At the real market open, gold moved higher across other brokers, and I would have been able to close my position with approximately $20 movement profit and total 5000$ on my volume. However, because PU Prime delayed the opening of their price feed, I was unable to close my trade.
When the price feed finally appeared on their platform at 00:06, the market had already moved down, and my account was instantly stopped out the moment pricing appeared.
To summarize the situation:
• Other brokers opened normally at market open.
• PU Prime had no price feed for approximately 6 minutes.
• When prices finally appeared, my account was immediately liquidated due to the price movement that occurred during the missing period.
After I contacted support to raise this issue, I received a very concerning response. I was told that my trading activity was “not something they like.”
Shortly afterward, the charts were adjusted and the pricing history was modified, which clearly suggests that there was either a technical issue or manipulation of the price feed to their advantage.
Since then:
• I have received only one generic canned response that did not address the specific issue I raised.
• My account manager initially said they would investigate, but after that they stopped responding to my messages entirely.
• My emails are no longer being properly answered.
I have traded with many different brokers over the years, and I have never experienced such questionable and manipulative trading conditions.
A 6-minute price freeze during market open, followed by an instant stop-out once pricing resumes, raises serious concerns about the reliability and fairness of this broker’s execution.
Based on this experience, I strongly advise traders to stop dealing with PU Prime.

Title: Account Changed to Islamic Without Consent – Funds Blocked
I had a very serious issue with PU Prime that caused me financial loss and completely blocked my trading activity.
Without any warning or authorization, my account was automatically converted into an Islamic account. I never requested this change. The system simply switched the account type on its own.
Because of this unexpected change, my open positions became impossible to manage, and I was unable to close them normally. As a result, I lost money and my funds became partially inaccessible.
What is even more concerning is that when I tried to open new accounts, they were automatically converted into Islamic accounts again after a few minutes, even though I had selected a standard account. This makes the platform practically unusable.
A broker cannot change the contractual conditions of an account without the client’s consent. This is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the reliability of the platform.
At the moment I am unable to operate normally with my own funds

I requested a withdrawal of $1573.32 more than one month ago and it has still not been processed.
I have contacted support multiple times but keep receiving the same repeated responses.

At first, the broker processed two small withdrawals, which built some trust. However, today when I requested a $900 withdrawal, the request was suddenly reversed, and I was told that my account is blacklisted.
This is very concerning because my trading activity has been completely normal. If there was any issue, it should have been communicated and resolved before blocking my withdrawal.
I request the company to review my account and resolve this issue immediately, and allow me to withdraw my funds.

PU Prime has blocked my account even though I have funds in it (120 USD) and is demanding that I deposit credits (1100 USD). Margin calls are illegal in the EU! I would consider this highly unethical, or even fraudulent.

PU prime is a fraud, and I can stand anywhere I say this, look at the reviews, if you make a lose, no problem, but if you make a profit, that’s where they have struck rules even they themselves can’t even explain clearly for your understanding. I got engaged and stop following this case up, but this is not even about me anymore, but about those who don’t know yet and will want to trade with this broker. I want to share my experience with PU Prime.
My name is Mohd Faizan Siddiqui. My trading account number is 26360778
I deposited around 1150 USD and traded normally on the platform. Earlier I successfully withdrew 1125 USD without any issue.
After that I continued trading and my account equity reached around 2134 USD. When I submitted another withdrawal request of about 1100 USD, my entire account was suddenly restricted.
Currently I cannot trade, deposit, or withdraw any funds. My full balance is locked and the support team only says that my account is under routine review or security check.
Whenever I contact live support they only ask me to wait for the account manager and say that the relevant team will contact me. However the account manager never contacts me and live support is unable to provide any real help.
No clear explanation has been given about what rule I violated. All my trades were manual trades based on market movement and normal trading activity.
This situation has caused serious financial difficulty for me because I also had a medical emergency and urgently needed access to my funds.
I request PU Prime to review my account fairly and release my funds as soon as possible.
Please don't trade with this broker this is scam broker they deduct all my profits

PU Prime has posted a generic response on my review but they still have not addressed the actual issue in my case.

After that withdrawal my account still had around 1000 USD equity remaining. I continued trading normally and again generated around 1100 USD profit through my trades.
When my equity reached approximately 2100 USD and I requested another withdrawal, my account was suddenly restricted. I was unable to trade, deposit or withdraw funds.
Live support repeatedly told me to wait for the account manager and said my account was under routine review. However no clear explanation was provided and no one contacted me.
Later a balance adjustment of about -2109 USD with the comment "Cash Adjustment PNL" was applied to my account which removed my entire equity.
If PU Prime claims transparency and fairness, then please clearly explain the following:
Which exact trading rule did I violate
Which specific trades were considered problematic
How the adjustment amount of 2109 USD was calculated
Posting a generic message about compliance and confidentiality does not answer these questions.
I have already filed a formal complaint with the Financial Commission and the case is currently under investigation.
I will update this review again once the issue is properly resolved.

I am writing this review as an Introducing Broker (IB). One of my referred clients has their legitimate trading profits withheld by PU Prime. The withdrawal request has been blocked without any clear and transparent justification.
The company is labeling the trades as “toxic trading” without providing proper evidence, trade analysis, or any detailed explanation. This is highly concerning and unprofessional.
As an IB, my reputation is at stake because I introduced clients to this broker in good faith. If clients’ genuine profits can be withheld under vague allegations, how can any trader trust this platform?
I request PU Prime to:
Provide a detailed written explanation with trade evidence.
Release the legitimate profits immediately.
Clarify their toxic trading policy publicly and transparently.
If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities and industry forums.
Until this matter is resolved, I cannot recommend PU Prime to any trader or partner.

As soon as my friend started making money, they froze his withdrawals and voided his profits citing "vague" policy breaches that they refuse to actually explain. It’s a classic "heads they win, tails you lose" scam—they’ll happily take your money when you lose, but the moment you’re successful, they hide behind their Terms and Conditions to steal your capital.
Their communication is absolute cowardice. The account manager went completely ghost until we threatened legal action and reported them to AFCA and the Mauritius FSC. Even then, instead of paying out, they had the nerve to offer a "coaching call" to teach my friend how to trade. It’s pathetic gaslighting intended to distract from the fact that they are holding earned funds hostage. This isn't a transparent platform; it’s a predator targeting successful clients. If you value your money and your sanity, do not deposit a single cent here. They are not interested in fair trading—they are only interested in keeping your deposit.
