Very friendly staff, not noisy gym, good equipment in excellent condition

Great atmosphere great equipment and great staff.

It wasn’t straightforward at first, with quite a bit of back and forth with a bot, but I eventually got through to a real person. Once I did, my issue was dealt with efficiently and resolved, so overall I was pleased with the service.

Good atmosphere, I am able to get on all the equipment i want to use. Location suits where i live. Great spot, if you need to use Public transport.

Classes are great. They give me a push out of my comfort zone. Yesterday I did HIIT and Core.

Staff on hand if i need any help. But can get very busy. Sometimes i have gone to the gym and after 5 minutes. Not enough of prefered machines 😮‍💨

The PTs running the classes have great energy and make working out really fun! It really challenged me doing the mash-up class to launch the new timetable and I left buzzing.

Jamie was very friendly and encouraging, and offered several good tips to start my workout.

It was my first time at the gym, and I really enjoyed it! There’s plenty of space and a great variety of equipment to train with. Even though I went during peak time, it wasn’t too crowded, which was a big plus. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💪

Cristian was the first person I met when I did a site visit last week. He did my induction today and I booked a training session to help me ease back after 6-7 years. He was very observant and wanting to listen to what I had to say. I could see his level of expertise in his guidance and modifications as we went along.

One thing to point out is there is nowhere to hang your shower gel or a towel nearby.

I´ve given Pure gym Kentish Town a 10 only because I couldn´t "turn it up to 11". It´s a wonderfully friendly, safe, clean, vibrant, inclusive gym that is a joy to go to classes in, something I do daily from Monday to Friday. Thanks to all involved, yours ever.
