It’s a well laid out Gym and all the equipment is in a logical order/location (e.g. Cardio towards the entrance to promote warming up). There are plenty of staff on hand that are friendly and knowledgeable. The colour palette is also warm and calming especially for Neurodivergent people. Everything can be clearly seen and you don’t feel that anything disrupts another (e.g. classes have a clear area that doesn’t overwhelm people working on their own routine.

This gym has had it's issues, but has certainly improved especially in the last 12 months.More people are adapting the discipline of putting the weights back after use. The clientele has also improved in quality. The gym has a much happier vibe and the layout and equipment has also improved. It would be really good if the sledge area was fully respected and strictly used for the sledge like many other pure gyms around the country. This area is constantly occupied with other activities other than the sledge,and often people refuse to move when you need to use the sledge.

I recently contacted PureGym to update my home gym location and change my address details. Amina handled my request quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. She ensured my gym was transferred as the website wouldnt allow me to do this myself because it was a corporate memebership, she updated my postcode, and importantly maintained my corporate membership discount throughout the process.

Amina clearly explained the changes to my membership fees, including the temporary adjusted payment and the future monthly amount, so there were no surprises. Her communication was friendly, efficient, and easy to understand.

It's refreshing to receive such straightforward and helpful customer service. Thank you, Amina, for making the process smooth and stress-free.

Cheap. Good equipment. A lot of space, so you don't disturb others and other way round. There are changing rooms (had experience where gym membership was higher price, but didn't had any changing rooms/shower...) and showers.Close to the bus station (which is really helpful and I am less scared about me standing alone and people going by and every time I don't have to watch them and make sure they just walking and I am not in danger... You know how it is sometimes: dark place, you alone listening to every sound and scared of every sound..)

Should be no stars but can't do that don't join southend puregym one man actively attacks women in the gym and this keeps getting covered up, the personal trainers in there help this man attack women why join a place where women who get beaten is this a normal thing to happen?

My experience was completed via e-mail, where i had a complaint about the recent rise in my monthly subcription and loss of a significant number of Gyms i could access. I was happy with the solution and it is heartening to know that people at Pure Gym are good people with integrity......it is refreshing to see......thankyou Rufshana and Josh....

I’m a regular customer since Brentwood was opened. I do visit the gym 5 days a week. I’m very satisfied with all the equipment in the gym. Also like everyone works there they are very helpful and attentive specially manager Lucy!

I think the place is lovely, clean and roomy, love the function I can see how many people are in the gym so I can judge my visit

Great atmosphere , great gym community ,very clean spaces , a great selection of equipment available for everyone , no matter in which stage of your fitness jurney you are , Classes were amazing this morning , the new team member Neil is very experienced and challenged us to give our absolute best even when we were ready to give up. Looking forward to do more classes with him. And thank you to the whole Harrow PureGym staff for doing an amazing job keeping us safe and motivated to do better !!
