Great service, Dan. D and Kye. A were very helpful and friendly!
From the moment Josh arrived he was polite, courteous and friendly.
From the onset he had consideration for not only us but other residents and asked where id like hime to park as to not cause any disturbance to my neighbours.
Assessed what he needed to do and checked with me that i was happy with equipment location and cable routes.
Extremely clean and followed himself either immediate vacuum cleaning and sweeping.
Explained what was happening and what steps i needed to complete.

Thomas Turnbull had to come back a second time due to the router being faulty.
He was extremely helpful and sorted out the issue we had. Thomas was very knowledgeable and knew what to do. He took time checking things and making sure it was all working. It is and we are very happy with everything he has done for us. Would definitely recommend him.

The engineer (Mo Ameen) who came today to install the fibre, router and mesh was extremely polite, took great care and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a working fibre broadband today. He identified that part of the fibre installation work down the street had not been completed by the installers. He checked and completed the additional work to fully connect the fibre link. Great job

I asked staff member S Harrison if he would be able to put a cover back on to the outside wall that I had knocked off when taking my dustbin out. We expressed an interest in having broadband from Quickline installed over a year ago. Despite telling the company on multiple occasions that they needed to inform us in advance that they were coming to the house as we have two German Shepherd dogs and it's a gated property to which they will need to be given access, on FOUR occasions they turned up without doing so. The final straw came this morning. On Tuesday, contractors came to connect the line from the road to the outside of the house (we'd been told the previous week that this would not be going ahead). The dogs we owned when we first contacted them had to be PTS - but we rescued two GSDs last Saturday, who were outside when they arrived; we had a devil of a job getting them into the house, as they haven't been properly trained yet. The contractors were told that they needed to bring 300m of cabling with them - but they needed 400m, so they'd come back Wednesday afternoon & phone beforehand. They didn't.
I emailed Quickline this morning, asking for an urgent call back. No call, so I called them... and sat on hold for over 30 minutes.
We live in a very rural part of Lincolnshire, and rely on the internet both for broadband & wireless signal to use mobile phones. If there's a problem with our connection, I want to be able to speak to an operative quickly & have the issue resolved in a timely manner; I am not convinced that this company has anywhere near enough customer service operators and the communications between them and the contractors are poor to non-existent.
Our neighbour told me that they'd had Quickline installed and a week later contractors arrived... to install Quickline. She also said that the broadband speed was slower than promised & their TV keeps buffering.
I've emailed Quickline now & told them to cancel installation. I don't expect this to be the last of this shambles.

Got connected yesterday - great service and experience all the way. In particular Bobby, the engineer, could not have been more helpful.
Everything just worked. Good communication before install. Josh the installer was friendly and professional. Would have like to have been consulted on where the fibre line would join house from telephone pole. Broadband speed very good and regularly getting 950mb on 1 gig service
