I was lucky enough to have the absolute pleasure of working for this company from October to February 2026 and the level of professionalism I encountered was second to none.
The customer is always at the heart of everything they do from the initial home visit request, sales consultants, surveyors, manufacturing, deliveries and payments and the superb account management team, overseen by a fabulous Installation Manager, Customer Care lead and Company Directors and not forgetting the outstanding team of fitters who are the final hurdle to bringing it all together and make the customers dreams come true - they really are outstanding.
They take so much care and precision to ensure that customer satisfaction is a key priority and I commend them for their approach to being at their best.
Well done to all the team - I will never forget the kindness you awarded me and I wish you all the very best success for what’s to come!!

TRUSTPILOT will probably remove this comment as they seem to be removing all the negative comments. For a company who claims to fit 200 kitchens a week under different company names IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to have such low negative reviews and they seem to to never acknowledge any issues.

This company trades under several names and you are advised to search all forums to satisfy yourself before placing an order.
Google JOEDOORS and search Face Book.

Do not pay deposit until you are confident as they will refuse to cancel stating bespoke order and already cut. Once surveyor attended which they arrange very quick you will have issues cancelling.

If If you do decide to proceed then take the 100% free finance as you have more consumer powers if you have issues.

I have had my kitchen done and just an absolute hassle in fighting everything from start to finish. They will never acknowledge issues and in my opinion wear you down.

I would really do research and don’t get rushed into signing or paying deposit till you satisfied yourself. They will claim all discounts if sign up today but don’t be talked into that sales nonsense.

Very professional

I needed to brighten my kitchen, my new quartz worktop and sink make it look new and much brighter. The fitting was done quickly and efficiently by the team, would definately recommend

From start to finish was kept fully informed, very happy with the price & love my new worktops. Fitting took less than a day & all waste was collected a few days later. Can't praise the whole experience highly enough- all staff very pleasant.

I’ve just had a call back in response to my initial enquiry about fitting an overlay on my original Corian worktop. I was advised that they don’t send out samples - I would have rely on their brochure illustrations - and they wouldn’t discuss pricing. So how can I be expected to choose a worktop to fit my budget?

Useless! Booked 6 weeks in advance for them to cancel my appointment 20 minutes before the person was due to show up!!
Fixated on having my husband available as well? Don’t bother waste of space I’ll just get a complete new worktop fitted from elsewhere !!!!

We cannot recommend this company enough. From our first contact to the installation of our beautiful new work tops, it was seamless.
The first visit from Steve to look at samples and discuss options was helpful and very professional.
The lady who measured up promised to get us a fitting date as soon as possible and she did.
The fitting day went very smoothly and we could not be more pleased with the outcome.

We got our kitchen worktops, sparkly quartz overlays, from Quitops and could not be happier.

Since the first quotation visit with Bob, following the templating surveyor visit with Piotr, and then having Artur and Andy installing them. Leaving everything nicely fitted and tidy after their work.
Mel the account manager was also very good in keeping us updated throughout the process.

It took a month from first visit to installation.

100% recommended.

They have a £3k minimum order. If they put this on their website it would save people time.

The salesman arrived and was very chatty and friendly. Once we had agreed a price and colour the surveyor contacted us the next day to measure up. Once again, very friendly and chatty. Before we knew it the company had phoned to say they could fit our tops the following week! Instead of having to wait ages like other companies it was all done and sorted within 10 days. The fitter did a fabulous job and we are thrilled with the result! All the work was done beautifully and the mess and old sink removed quickly too…cannot fault this company at all. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you so much…very happy with the results

Didn’t even get past the phone call! Apparently if you don’t own your home they don’t want your money. Even though I have permission to have the work done and have the money. They won’t touch anyone who doesn’t own their home as according to the guy on the phone, we don’t want to spend all that money. According to him, minimum orders start at £3000 (the job had not even been seen) I wasn’t even given an option. What I want to spend is up to me. Free sink offer for orders over £1800 (well if orders are £3000 minimum, where do they get that from) I will take my business elsewhere. Absolutely gobsmacked by such a disgusting attitude from a company.
Got the name of the company wrong (said Jo doors) when he called as well, so suspect they have many names they go by. Glad I didn’t give them my business now

As others have said on here. If you comment on their Facebook, they remove you so you can’t see their content. They have removed anything negative so you can only see what they want you to see. So many red flags with this company. Please do your research before parting with any money

I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen worktops, and Quik Tops made the whole process a breeze from start to finish. Stephen, the salesman, was absolutely brilliant – friendly, knowledgeable, and really helped me choose the perfect surfaces for my space.

The Rhian & the office team were super efficient with booking and scheduling, keeping everything on track without any stress on my end. The delivery man was extremely accommodating, staying in touch throughout to ensure everything went smoothly and arrived exactly when expected.

Jake, my fitter, was outstanding – courteous, polite, tidy, and a true professional. He did a brilliant job installing the worktops and left everything spotless.

We recently had new kitchen surfaces from Quicktops and we were very happy with the outcome! The whole process was very efficient- from Luke arriving to explain everything - (we liked the fact that he explained everything without putting us under pressure)- to the completed job! The work was completed in less than one day! Even the rubbish was removed quickly and efficiently!

The sales rep was very polite and helpful when measuring up and ordering the kitchen doors and fixtures. Spencer, who fitted the doors and fixtures, was very good and did a great job. We are very pleased with the transformation.

The whole experience from sales to fitting was excellent. The salesman turned up with samples and was polite and not pushy at all.The surveyor came and measured up and left us with a drawing of where the cuts would be in our kitchen tops. The tops were dropped of prior to the fitter coming on the morning, he turned up on time,was polite and respectful of our home . The fitter put down sheeting inside and out completed the job and cleaned up.The off cuts and rubbish left and were collected the next day. Absolutely over the moon the tops have completely transformed our kitchen.Would highly recommend.
