Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 54 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers found the website poorly designed and difficult to use, describing it as a "shambles" and "clunky." Many people reported that the user experience had significantly worsened, making it hard to find information and study racing forms effectively. Reviewers also noted that the product, particularly the racecards, became cluttered, slow to load, and less useful than before. Many customers expressed frustration with the changes, feeling that a previously excellent and easy-to-use platform had been ruined. This led some to cancel their subscriptions, citing a disregard for customer feedback and a product that no longer met their needs.

Absolute crap now

Absolute crap now, too focused on trying to make it look nice and now pages have far too information to load fast, is not user friendly anymore and will no longer use the app. Feels like they got horses to design the back office side of things with it

Great to awful

Previous version of the app was excellent. New one is atrocious and constantly locks up thereby needing to delete and re-install many times per day. So many people saying the same cannot be wrong!

Total rubbish

Total rubbish, where have the newspaper, r.p ratings etc gone?
Used to love comparing tips and won on more occasions than lost. Why are they not there anymore. Going to uninstall as I'm just so disappointed with it. Even odds checker is better.

The WORST app ever

Hi, I'm fed up with downloading the app, then it crashes, so you have to uninstall it and reinstall it and then the cycle starts all over again. When are you going to sort it out? Everybody says the same as me.

The New Updates is completely Terrible

The New Updates is completely Terrible. So confusing and not user friendly at all. I can pick all my lucky 15 selections within 5 minutes from the old version but now takes forever and frustrating.

I have contacted them several times to express my thoughts on the new App. But look like they don’t want to know or listen to their Users and they know what’s best for us.

I have reinstalled the app again few days ago to give it another go but ended up hating it even more. Deleted the App again. Like a few others of my friends we have given up with Racing Post.

The new racing post app is garbage…

The new racing post app is garbage designed by an idiot. Too much white background no results icon at the bottom. You can only look up the next days runners not 48 hour. Bring back the old app I have deleted this rubbish.

New app is very poor

New app is very poor. Not sure who comes up with these bright idea's to try and improve the app but have failed miserably. Needs to be simplified back to something like the old app. Everything about it is overcomplicated.

Bring back the old app

Bring back the old app. The new version is a pile of Pooh. It is really bad. You can’t easily view results, there is no per horse assessment for each race.
