Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 47 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people found the website poorly designed, not intuitive, and difficult to navigate, with essential features from the old site now missing. Customers felt the user experience was clunky and unfriendly, making it hard to find information quickly, which was a significant step backward from the previous version. The new layout was often described as a mess, too cluttered, and difficult to read, with information spread out too much. Reviewers also noted that the website was slow to load, and the race cards were now harder to study and print. Some people also felt that the site was designed by individuals who didn't understand the needs of horse racing enthusiasts and punters. However, a few other people also felt that the site was helpful and informative.

A hopeless 'upgrade' to their web site. Clearly it's been designed the IT department or some other body who have no idea about horse racing as seen through the eyes of racing enthusiasts and punte... See more

Absolute rubbish

The old version was quick. The new takes ages and useless. I have deleted. Why oh why did they upgrade something that was perfect? Spoilt my love of a flutter on the nags.
Do a Tory u-turn and reverse. - PLEASE

New app constantly crashes

The updated app constantly crashes and is appalling when compared to the old version. Serious questions need to be asked of whoever signed this off. I'm sure the stats say there are thousands of people downloading it, as deleting the app then re-installing it seems to be the only way to get it up and running again after it has crashed!

Racing Post new app.

I, and many of my friends had the app updated without consent and we all agree that it's crap! It is no longer user friendly and is poorly set out and can be a nightmare to use, often with odds displaying only the favourite whilst others remain blank. I'd have the old app back tomorrow, as would my friends. Whoever developed this new app should be sacked!

Terrible

Terrible. Removed all the positive aspects from the original app, and made the remainder harder to navigate. Not strategic. Not intuitive. Not any good

Pretty good actually

Pretty good actually. Having used the old app for many years I had to get used to the new one, but after a few uses I found there were a lot of improvements. Having logged into 3 bookmakers I'm finding it much easier to compare odds and switch between them for my bets. Much easier to use for my fat fingers and my deteriorating eyesight. Thanks for the tips last weekend!

The worst update even

The worst update even. Make things simple, user friendly and easy to navigate. Admit your error and go back to the old site with possibly a few tweaks before nobody uses it again.Really poor show. Sporting life for me from now…..

Behave like crooks.

Behave like crooks. Crooked and dubious company websites often make it extremely difficult to contact them and/or cancel your subscription. They have no contact email address or form to fill in etc. They force you to make a phone call then refuse to confirm cancellation. Welcome to Racing Post.

Change for sake of it

Change for sake of it . The IT company that designed this shambles must never have had a look at the old site or tried to research a race but the buck stops with whoever organised it and paid for it . Deleted it after 2 days . New app is 100% a failed mess .
Very disappointed 😞
