I purchased the Raddy weather station…

I purchased the Raddy weather station from Amazon. After a few weeks it started to malfunction. The after sale support I received was absolutely fantastic. Working with Kayla at Raddy Support was way more than 5 stars !. After realizing that the issue could not
be repaired. Kayla graciously offered a full replacement of the weather station at no charge ! Now everything is working great.

UV-25 issues but excellent support resolved them

I recently ordered a UV-25 dual band HT and was having issues with the recieve quality. I contacted Radioddity support. They responded quickly and we stepped through some troubleshooting steps over a few days back and forth in email. Ultimately they sent out a replacement which arrived very quickly and has resolved all the issues.

Excellent Customer Service and Support from Radioddity!

The customer service from Radioddity has been fantastic! I had a Xiegu G90 that had some problems within the warranty period. I interacted multiple times via email to attempt to resolve the issue, and each time, the response was prompt and helpful. When we were unable to resolve the issue, Radioddity sent me a return authorization for a replacement. I received the replacement within 5 days and the new rig is working perfectly. A++++ service and support!!
You learn a lot about a company when you need resolution for a problem. Well done!!

Great Service

Radioddity &team was great - I had an issue, they walked me through troubleshooting, and were able to replace the device very quickly when the troubleshooting didn't work out. I'd certainly buy from them again!

Broken CS-47 Microphone Clip

I recently had an unfortunate experience with the microphone on my new CS-47 CB radio—its mounting clip broke after only a few uses. My philosophy is that sometimes things just happen, and what matters most is how the issue gets resolved. I reached out to Kayla at Radioddity and sent her a few photos of the problem. She was wonderful to work with and, to my satisfaction, arranged for a replacement to be sent to me. Thank you, Kayla for your super-fast email responses and excellent customer service!

My experience with the Radioddity customer support.

I've been buying radio products from them since many years and I just wanted to share my recent experience with their customer service team.
Some six months ago I got my hands on one of their newest products but my sample proved to be erratic and wouldn't tune up correctly. After some emails back and forth, they provided me with a replacement (FOC). This new product proved to be much better, yet it still had a minor flaw on the tuning. I've lost count on the number of (even technical) emails that we exchanged, it was *a lot*. Eventually, the issue was resolved and I would like to send kudos to the team at Radioditty for their relentless and world-class support. Meanwhile I've already placed a new order with them because I'm totally satisfied with their performance as a company. Selling stuff is easy, but providing this level of support ask for determination and confidence.

I bought the receiver mystery box

I bought the receiver mystery box. In my box was the Raddy RF75A radio. What a nice surprise. This little radio is remarkable. It can receive a wide variety of bands. The owner manual is easy to read (it took me a couple of passes to catch some features). The sensitivity of the receiver seems to be pretty good as I am able to hear stations of which I was unaware. The audio is very clear and there is plenty of volume for me. This easily fits my shirt pocket and, if I want to keep the sound to myself, there is an earphone jack on the top. USB C charging is a definite plus. I appreciate Radioddity products. Their customer support is also top notch.

Trust is everything, great company!

I have purchased more than a few items from Radioddiity and have gained a lot of respect for the overall service and response on inquiries. Even if I can get an item for $10-$20 less, I go with Radioddity because I know they will take care of one after the sale. I just ordered a X6200 from them because I trust them plus they are a friendly bunch!

Great support before and after purchase

I contacted the company regarding availability of an extended manual. I had purchased the wrong one in error and Hazel was extremely helpful and within a few days was able to give me the one I wanted. There was a reason why this company is so successful and it’s because they pay attention to every detail with their customers.
