This company provides great customer service. I had a issue with my unit and they worked with me to get it corrected. They really stand behind their products. I love this unit and the many different weather functions it provides.

I attempted to update the firmware of my DB25-D radio and ended up stuck - where I couldn't get it out of bootloader mode. After several rounds of help via email, Echo had me return the radio for a replacement. It was nice to have someone to work with, who knew how to get it resolved.

The customer service and willingness to make things right are above and beyond what is experienced by most customers today. Thank you for your help with any issues that may arise.

I have made several purchases from Radioddity. Delivery is always prompt. Customer Service has been excellent.
Recently a part was missing and Radioddity was prompt in resolving the missing part. I will continue to do business with Radioddity.

My TH9800 Ham radio has two VFO radios and one side stopped working. Contacted Radioddity for repairs since it was under warranty. They asked for more details and then asked me to send it back to them. As soon as the bad unit made it to the company warehouse, they immediately sent me a brand new system! I was only expecting a refurbished unit, not a brand new unit. Way to go guys!

Raddy support took excellent care of my warranty claim.
This was the second time I had to make a claim on my RF760, and Hazel at Raddy support was happy to help.

My issue was resolved promptly. I received regular updates on the next steps to resolve the issue.

Love my G90 so had to get a second for alternate QTH. With a good antenna no problem DXing around the world, key being antenna which this radio will tune to perfection. Customer Service is superlative, rapidly mitigating minor complaints. With thousands of DX contacts around the world, this is now my go-to radio.

Ordered my GMRS radio but when I received it I realized I had ordered the wrong antenna. I contacted radioddity and they promptly sent me the instructions on returning it, as well as provided a refund. Great customer service.

Previously, I had purchased several handheld radios from Radioddity and was quite happy with them. I wanted to buy another one for a radio club Christmas party. After I sent the order, I realized it couldn't be delivered in time for the party, so I had to cancel it. Within an hour, I received an email from Hazel confirming my request and information regarding the refund. The cancellation was quick, easy, and the note was informative. I couldn't have asked for better service.
