Bought a MMDVM hotspot and it had a defective SD card. While the vendor was unable to provide a substitute they handled it by providing a partial refund and a store coupon and most importantly they answered their emails! Yes it did take a day per turn, but they may be in a different part of the world. In this day and age to have someone even bother to answer is an achievement. I specifically purchased from Radioddity because I had done so before and had good experiences.

If you ever get an MMDVM hotspot and it just won't run and gets stuck with a flashing red, try a different card.

I recently experienced a firmware issue with my new Xiegu X6200. This is my go to radio for SOTA's and the internal battery was showing about a 5% charge which would switch off the radio. The battery tested okay so I contacted Raddioddity about this situation. Within 12 hours, I was contacted by Hazel who directed me to a Xiegu site where they had listed a beta firmware that fixed the problem. It was a very simple solution and the rig is working perfectly. If you have any issues with your equipment, I would strongly urge you to contact Radioddity Customer Service for assistance. Very rapid response and very helpful.

The service department at Radioditty was very helpful. I had a squelch problem with my radio and they replaced their radio with no problems. Odile responded quickly to all of my questions. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you for your attention to this.

Never have I experienced such a rapid and thorough replacement of an item as I did last week.
My Raddy rf-919 would reset itself with no warning.

I delivered the unit to the post office on Wed afternoon,
by Friday, 3pm the replacement was on my porch.

I've just concluded my 2nd purchase of a radio & accessories bundle package deals starting with my QT60 pro & a Baeofung tri-band HT I bought myself for Christmas in December and my 2nd purchase ordered an XG90 HF SDR radio bundled deal package that was just delivered a few days ago although I wasn't expecting the accessories included in the bundle deal to arrive weeks before the radio that I wasn't aware was being sent seperately from China which led to a bit of anxiety since parcels are routinely mishandled or simply disappear from the public walkway(!) Thankfully it arrived a couple days ago and will soon be in operation but people shouldn't let that prevent them from ordering any of the great products RadiOddity offers as long as they use the box for special notes to shipper* to leave more detailed instructions and relevant info including contact numbers & email information and don't be discouraged by shipping venue woes until 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase to delivery as tracking info from overseas isn't updated as frequently as it is in USA. In other words BUY IT with confidence and use the transit time to read up on the radio and,or other products ahead of it 's arrival. Thank You RadiOddity!!

Took a bit to set up Winlink and KT8 but it is working beautifully. Great Product.

I've purchased a number of products from Radioditty and have always found them to be 100% reliable. From ordering through to delivery, their communication is excellent. Way above average. Any queries I have had are answered quickly and efficiently. My only criticism is the product range is not always available to ship to the UK, but that's probably a fault of export/import laws currently in place. Sometimes, they can arrange for products to be made available however. That aside, I can thoroughly recommend this supplier.

The buying experience went well and it was good to have Helen Lu check up on the progress. The only thing I don't care for is the long want for the package to get here. Suggest you could find a distributor here in the USA.

I was really impressed with the quick and concise response I received from Radioddity regarding the difficulty I was having with performing the Xeigu G90 firmware update. Within one day of my email, I received clear directions giving me the ability to solve the issue and get the firmware updated. I'm back on the air!
