I was worried that I had bricked my G90 during a sloppy attempt to update the firmware. Radioddity's support was very responsive and stayed with me until it was sorted out. This was consistent with my prior experience with Radioddity. I definitely recommend buying from Radioddity to have access to such a good support system.

I am very happy with the radios that I bought which were the GM-30. I was a little worried because the two pack that was buying was very affordable. I ended up buying 2 two packs. One of the radios did have a power issue that was in the controls of the radio knob. The radio was turning off without actually turning off the device. With in days I had contact customer support and the situation was resolved quickly with a replacement radio on the way. Special thanks to Kayla for her help in the support department.

Sarah was excellent. She followed through with daily emails of debug instructions. In the end, the radio was defective and she sent a replacement that work correctly. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

The customer dervice has always been great with Rafioddity. Haze really helped me out, don’t lose her to the competition, she’s a keeper.

The only thing I’d like to see, and I’m not complaining , is more updated to the Xiegu firmware. I own the Xiegu x6100 and the 3rd party firmware seems to have quite a few upgrades that I think Xiegu could learn from. Maybe you could pass on the suggestion?

I received a broken wind sensor, but I contacted support and everything was resolved in about a week.
Good job by Kayla in support.

Hazel was helpful at every turn. We worked through every issue abs it included a lot of emails. She never tired of me. The company showed rapidly and everything had arrived undamaged. Only problem was the Gc-5 radio that came with problems and they compensated wil for that.

It was a pleasure corresponding with Hazel from Radioddity’s support team. She answered all of my questions professionally, and my order arrived very quickly and in excellent quality.

My issue was with Loyalty points that I messed up and they immediately fixed it with no hassle...can't ask for more than that. I've needed customer service help 2 times with Radioddity. I have heard online that thier Customer Service is great - and I agree! I will continue to look here first when shopping for radio gear.

Hazel helped me delete an email address I had accidentally entered at some point, but I don't use it for my Radioddity account. I'm grateful for her help.
