I was worried that I had bricked my G90 during a sloppy attempt to update the firmware. Radioddity's support was very responsive and stayed with me until it was sorted out. This was consistent with my prior experience with Radioddity. I definitely recommend buying from Radioddity to have access to such a good support system.

Nice radio Great service
I am very happy with the radios that I bought which were the GM-30. I was a little worried because the two pack that was buying was very affordable. I ended up buying 2 two packs. One of the radios did have a power issue that was in the controls of the radio knob. The radio was turning off without actually turning off the device. With in days I had contact customer support and the situation was resolved quickly with a replacement radio on the way. Special thanks to Kayla for her help in the support department.

The customer dervice has always been great with Rafioddity. Haze really helped me out, don’t lose her to the competition, she’s a keeper.
The only thing I’d like to see, and I’m not complaining , is more updated to the Xiegu firmware. I own the Xiegu x6100 and the 3rd party firmware seems to have quite a few upgrades that I think Xiegu could learn from. Maybe you could pass on the suggestion?

My issue was with Loyalty points that I messed up and they immediately fixed it with no hassle...can't ask for more than that. I've needed customer service help 2 times with Radioddity.
