After struggling since high school with excessive sweating, I was able to find relief through the use of an RA Fischer Co iontophoresis machine. I was pleasantly shocked by the relief! Their customer service is friendly and prompt as well. I shipped my machine to RA Fischer when it stopped working. By the time it arrived to them, it was working again. They gave me new cords and shipped it back without charging me anything. The next time this happened, years later, Dan talked to me multiple times: troubleshooting the machine, sending me new cords, and giving me all my options. I ended up upgrading to The Fischer: Hands and Feet. With Dan's help I was able to work with a remote doctor to get a prescription in quickly. When we experience a hiccup, Dan took care of interfacing with the oncalldoc to clear it up. The new machine cut my treatment time in half, which has a HUGE impact on my ability to fit it into my busy life. Thanks Dan and RA Fischer! You have increased my quality of life more than I can say!

Jessica was extremely helpful and knowledge throughout the whole ordering process. The machine is very easy to use. So far i've use the Fischer 11 times. Seen a little improvement with my hands. Looking forward to greater improvements as the weeks continue, especially on my feet.

I had the first iontophoresis machine for my sweaty hands back in 2007 and it’s been working great for me to this day. My first and only one is still working, but I wanted the new iontophoresis machine because of the auto polarity switch feature which I think will save me time during treatments, and the fact that it doesn’t use the aluminum plates so it should be safer on the body. It’s costly but for the improved way of life it has given me, it’s all worth it. It’s kept my hands bone dry as long as I do the maintenance treatments every 1.5 weeks or so

Great device. The MD-2 is a very solid machine. Fischer staff are super responsive and helpful. Will go back again!

Our daughter has had hyperhydrosis of the hands since she was born. She started using the Iontophoresis machine when she was in high school. If done consistently, her hands stay dry. This machine is the only thing that keeps her hands dry. She has tried Botox shots in her hands and topical Drysol and neither worked for her. We are, and have been, very please with this machine and have owned it for approximately 12 years. Excellent product and excellent customer service.

I have been suffering from Hyperhidrosis for as long I could remember. I tried different products with no luck. Finally my dermatologist said I should try iontophoresis. Exceptional help working with insurance and doctor. The iontophoresis machine has been a life changer for me. Drysol was annoying to use and becoming nearly impossible to find, the new machine works better, more convenient, and allows me to have dry hands and feet with use only once a week.

Nothing has worked better to stop the hand sweating.

I have been battling palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis for as long as I can remember (now age 25). I tried Drysol, anticholingergics, Qbrexza, and Carpe lotion. They either dried out my hands too much to the point where they were cracking, caused too many adverse side effects that I didn't think were worth it, or just didn't control my sweating enough. I've even been hit with the, "You should practice mediating and stress relieving exercises which is probably why you're sweating so much." I understand the idea behind stress and anxiety causing excessive sweating, but you really know when its a problem when you're as relaxed as can be and randomly start sweating with no triggers. When I started to do my own online, amateur research on possible remedies, I came across RA Fischer's website and asked my dermatologist about iontophoresis. Surprisingly, they stated they had never heard of iontophoresis as a treatment method, and suggested the anticholinergics, botox injections, Qbrexza, etc. which they normally used as treatments. I tried those, and wasn't satisfied. So I reached out to RA Fischer online, and they were kind enough to answer all my questions in a timely manner, got in touch with my dermatologist, and checked if my insurance would cover the machine. After a couple months of paperwork to get a prescription for insurance to cover it, I received the machine. I'm only on my 6th session for my feet and am already noticing results. Something as simple as wearing sandals or a foot massage I would never even bother trying before because the sweat was embarrassing and demoralizing. Now, my boyfriend can massage my feet without a drop of sweat which is something really small to some, but an amazing achievement for me! I'd like to directly thank Jessica Batchelor for helping me get this product quickly so now I can pursue my career without being self-conscious about my condition. Before discovering RA Fischer, I've been struggling with hyperhidrosis ever since high school. Ever since I discovered I had hyperhidrosis, I became very socially shy. I was too embarrassed from the excessive sweating on my hands and underarms, specially when I had to shake people's hands. The situation got even worse when I'm playing basketball games and during job interviews. Over the years, my doctor did prescribed with medicine like Drysol and I've been tried natural remedies to ease my hyperhidrosis. But sadly, none of them worked. I recently just found about RA Fischer and their Iontophoresis device a couple of months ago. I was very skeptical at first, but I finally decided to get it and the results were fantastic. I've been using the MD-1 Iontophoresis Device for like 2 weeks straight and my hands were dry. Honestly, I was really shocked! I was very happy with the results and ever since, I've been feeling very confident in myself.
