Unacceptable Bad Service From This Company
I ordered some products from Range Plus on 6th April with 48 hour tracked delivery. Money taken from my account 7th April and still on 9th April this order has not been fulfilled or dispatched to me yet. I contacted them by online chat for an explanation without receiving a reply from them. I then tried to contact them on 03450267598 to be greeted by a recorded message to choose an option regarding this order. This then puts me to music playing in my ear without further messages. After 30 minutes I gave up.
I have now messaged them again telling them to cancel this order and refund my payment to me as soon as possible. Again I have not received a reply. This company is rubbish and I will never use them again and I suggest no one else does either, that way they may improve their service or go BUST. Either way I do not care.

Ordered 2 cases of 10 of the hazelnut…
Ordered 2 cases of 10 of the hazelnut hippo biscuits and only received 1. Paid 74 dollars and am very upset. Sent a message to the chat and after entering my information the only thing it would say was the order was fulfilled when no it was not and then it wouldn’t respond. Very unhappy this has never happened and I get my candy from here all the time 😞
