Poor customer service when an issue arose
I ordered 4 bottles of Sun Protection SPF30. I paid expedited delivery. When it arrived, RangePlus had substituted 3 bottles of SPF50 (75% of order wrong). When I queried it, they blamed their shipper and asked me to send the three bottles back at my own expense. Afterwards they suggested a disount if I kept them or again sending back at my expense despite it being there issue and no refund re my original delivery charge. Not good re taking ownership of what is their problem.

Good service
The service was good and they kept me well informed the only thing was how long my order took to arrive they advertised 48 hour tracked but it took 6 days to get to me. If it had got here in 48 hours I would have given them 5 stars.
