Ordered a rc car online from these ppl got a order number and everything saying that it was reserved I wanted to change my payment from PayPal to bank card as wasn't working. Emailed them explaining that a still wanted the item just a change of payment. Got a email back saying that they cancelled my order and I would have to do the process again but also the item I had reserved is now out of stock as some bought the one I had reserved! To say a was pi$$ed right off is an understatement. So avoid these bell ends!!

I ordered 4 things from this website and a day later I get a email saying that there was an error on the website and one of the things I ordered was out of stock... Pls fix this error. However I did get my money back and the rest of the parts arrived fine.

Car arrived promptly, although when box opened, the shell was missing! However, emailed the company, and problem was dealt with quickly, and a shell was delivered the next day.
Am a little disappointed that the battery only lasts 15 mins (from fully charged) however, am told better batteries are available to buy. Company good to deal with.

Was given various excuses. First it was a color change, then it will be with us tomorrow. Five days later they despatch it on Fri so have to wait until the following Tuesday for it to arrive - not good enough.

it was quick the parcel came in 5-7 days there was lots of email confirmation and parcel tracking

The item I needed was in stock and was well priced.I placed my order on Sunday evening and had instant confirmation of order.On Monday I was informed my order was dispatched and it was received by me the following morning.

Ordered RC item as Christmas gift. Returned it to RC Toyworld as it did not work.
Email from RC Toyworld stated that battery and charger were both faulty.
The same item was returned to me, but again did not function. RC Toyworld emailed to say they would phone with detailed instructions to get the device airborne. They did not phone. I asked them to email detailed instructions, which they did.
Again the device did not function. I returned the device again to RC Toyworld and asked for a refund. They said it was working and would be returned to me in a few days.
Postage had already cost me £25 and I simply no longer trusted their assertions. I pleaded for a refund.
Eventually they refunded via Paypal, which cost me an additional £5, and was a hassle to get.
Adding insult to injury, RC Toyworld said that I should have researched the product and read the operating instructions!
After a nightmare 3 months dealing with this firm, and spending £30 on nothing I would, needless to say, not recommend them to anyone!!

Good website easy to follow,telephone call gave good advice,well sorted packages for beginners,arrived in good time and in good order,only bugbear was instructions but we worked it out and had it out,buzzing round field,birthday boy over the moon
Nitro gloplug engine a lot quieter than expected,not nuisance, easy to control

I ordered a spare for my RC helicopter and although the item showed up as in stock, it turned out there were none in the warehouse. I was promptly contacted and refunded.

I am a disabled builder relatively new to modelling, I used to build motorcycles but loss of a leg temporarily has put paid to that, the spitfire is to date the largest model of this kind I found the instruction manual ok but the chinese to english translation caused some confusion, the auto bind system i had not met before which gave me a little problem getting my head round, coms with Barrie at RC toyworld solved this problem quickly. I had no problems contacting Barrie who responded to my emails immediatley.
The spitfire is now sitting fully built on my lounge floor together with several other big boys toys, I cant wait to fly it. Deffinately will go back to RC toyworld, my next project is to be a large biplane.

Slightly expensive shipping costs in Italy in relation to the service provided and comparing it to similar english sellers. Many Tks.

Ordered and dispatched the same day, after much arguing with the couriers the car turned up. Finally got round to playing with it at the weekend and it was brilliant. Just like the service from RC Toy World.

I use various suppliers for spares, but these seem to be the quickest .
always have my parts instock, just as quick when I ordered a car

I spoke to a member of staff regarding a recent purchase i had made wanting information for an accessory for the products I had purchased even though it was'nt a stocked item the gentleman found the time to google the item for me with no luck I still appreciated his time and effort this is why i had to give a five star rating and will use this site again for my aircraft model accessories

Ordered online not expecting package for some time as it was over the christmas period
packaging arrived small plastic components for remote heli.
i only needed one part but you buy a set pack consisting of two, this pack consist of four locating cups and two rods,
one of the locating cups was broken??
apart form that good,
did not complain as i only needed one of the four
