I have lost all my devices on real Debrid.
I have paid another 3 month contract and still can’t input devices on the new contract.
It keeps asking to input a device code which I am totally clueless.
I have had about 6 weeks of real Debrid usage which was first class, but now lost it on all four mx10pro6k boxes. Please help because real Debrid have not answered me. We need a customer services phone number, or is this a one man and his dog setup ?

The right price point for the right product to help facilitate streaming.

Is it 100% perfect ? NO but it certainly improved the quality of my streaming substantially.

Bought 6 months at just shy of £15 (£2.50 a month) and my early view is at that price its an absolute steal.

Have had one outage since I joined. Wasn't using the service at the time and so wouldn't have noticed if it wasn't for a forum I visit. When the service was restored they posted an apology and credited everyone's account with an extra 7 days. Nice. Be nice to have an annual subscription if poss pls.

To AMR who left the bad review because you cant login and left the bad review... the site is down for everyone. I cant get in either. All you have to do is do a Google search and those status sites will tell you the site is down.
Chill man. Ive been a premium member there for like 10 years and can count on one hand the times the site has been down. Its been far more reliable than my ISP. When the site is back up Im sure you can send a message for a refund. I dont get your unfounded anger. You can easily pay far more for premium access to a single premium hoster if you are unhappy with muti-hosters.

I'm happy with them and have no complaints. They are the oldest and longest living multi-hoster for a reason.

Just my personal opinions

After being very disappointed by linkifier in July 2020, i made a 3 months subscription to real-debrid. I went from darkness to light with a really working debrid system and a very high speed download (instead of 1.5 MiB/s on likifier i get with real debrid 50/60 MiB/s) Hope it stays like this. I highly recommand. Merci

Been using real debrid since late 2015 when it was not a must have in them day's there was 2 maybe 3 Kodi add ons that paired with it because you could still get free links to anything but I tried it for the better links etc (didn't even know about the downloading etc) and I've had it since because it's basically a must have for any third party streaming add on or APK etc all these people who are slagging it off saying it's no good remember this there subscription rate has probabl gone up by the 100,000s so many people have it now so imagine how many servers and other bits they have had to increase yet they have had the same prices since the beginning they could have easily upped there prices and been greedy but no they've done the honourable thing and thought of us,and many people don't realise that you can install the app on any android device so you can watch or download any links you have clicked on or watched in your history it's a great way to download stuff with out the torrents if you don't have a android device you can log into your account on any browser (iOS, windows etc) Go to your download history and again it's there for you to watch or download whatever to that device or laptop pc without having to have whatever APK or add on installed...and for the more technical people there's the torrents..for the money I'm sorry but it's unbeatable and I've been happy with the service since day one...none of the other premium hosters/debrid services don't come close and yes I've tried most of them over the years to compare with debrid 5****** for the real debrid team

Was great in the beginning but now no streams and nowhere to contact customer service to ask what's going on with my account.. Close to switching to Alldebrid instead.

Worked when I first subscribed, now no streams at all. Went to the help page, couldn't send to RD. I'm very disappointed.

I'm really happy with the service they provide, I contacted the support and got a prompt reply.

Trash. I used them for years but the service has dropped immensely. Banning IP's left right and center and then having the audactiy to accuse you of sharing accounts. Using a VPN with their "service" is also a no go. Compared to their competitors they're hanging on a very thin thread.

I just tried to go on real-debrid and it is not working went on their site and nothing is working! I love their services but it seems they have vanished

WOW! What used to be a great service seem to have just gone away. Cant' contact them and can't renew subscription.

Well I had a few issues with my streaming stuff. I raised a ticket in their support centre and it was resolved very quickly. I am now streaming all that is out there thanks to the support team at real-debrid. Every email was answered within 30 minutes!! Not bad eh! Cheers to all and thank you.

Rapidgator not available anymore... and I read about it after payment. They still advertise that service on their website...
There's no way to contact support.

Using this service for almost 3 years. Highly recommending.

I've been using this service for nearly 4 years and have found it excellent. The streams it provides are far more reliable than most others and it practically eliminates buffering. For a very small charge I recommend all users that enjoy streaming to make use of it.

Simply the best debrid among all. I used many of them but none as good as this.

A lot of people complaining BUT ... I can download perfectly fine from Rapidgator and many other hosts and even if it was down, guys, it is 5 $ a month !! (only 1/3 the price of a single Rapidgator account)

That's not what I'm calling a SCAM, thank you Real-Debrid team !!

I used real debrid for years. Instead of other well known debrid site it was quite reliable, obvoiusly only a small part of the declared host are usable (like any other debrid site). But the most useful for me are all up, RapiG, unloaded, zippi, turbo etc.

Last week after 10 days of rapidG host down it was deleted. No more support.
Today i tried other host i will never had any issues and no one, repeat NO ONE is up, even if the site say the opposite.

Simply all the most common sharing site are down ALL.

I Have more than 5000 fidelity points that becames quite useless.
Last but not least
Contact the support it becames more tricky than it was in the past.

No support anymore.
No Info on realtime on which hosts are up
Actually host down at all.

Real Debrid is dead. It was fun till it last, one of the fewer of many i tried that worked, it's now scam.
Stay away.
