I had the same problem signing in but in from my phone because you gave to accept cookies and also prove you are not a robot but I was only able to stream one day now paid providers are 0 available

I would love to keep this review constructive but... i set up real- debrid today.. money has came out of my bank account.. but every time i try to log in.. invalid passwords.. i only set it up this morning.. i then tried to change my password only to be told my email is invalid.. ABSOLUTE JOKE!! & YOU GUESSED IT NO HELP FROM REAL-DEBRID.. if i do eventually get some support.. i will come back & apologise.. Won't hold my breathe.. SO FRUSTRATING

I've been a member for sometime now. I purchased a 6 month subscription and now I have 2 months left and nothing works. I cannot log into my account even tho it says it active. I tried to change the password and still cant login. This is FRUSTRATING. I'm not sure if I want to pay for this service anymore if I can't contact anyone to open a ticket or fix the problem. Bad experience !!

Only getting a few links and the most of them don't work gone absolutely rubbish, have tried everything, won't be renewing it when it's due, the free ones are actually working better.

Still happy with them... always get 3mo subscriptions... Sometimes a host is down which can happen... Sometimes Chrome plugin is not detecting site... Whatever... I saved so much money on buying premium accounts! Keep up the good work!

top notch service what i will say if you dont take the time to use it properly with url resolver and resolver url and jump on trust pilot like a muppet and dont know what your doing knocking the sevice do some research first this is a first class service and pennys for it for what your getting 4k streams are flawless if you got copper internet dont waste your time get fibre you need a good speed to get the quality of 4k if your internet speed is less than 10mbs with couple of lappys ps4 in the house mobile phones tablets forget it its curtains before you start kodi is shambles these days without it not worth having to be honest so work out how to use resolver url and url resolver and dont jump on here knocking them when you cant start a car with a key do your research on google its best thing since sliced bread peice out x

I paid for real debrid but after a few months my account expired even though I paid for the year premium account and surprise surprise there is no way of contacting them... what a load of crap.. don’t waist your money

Real Debrid had a speed issue with one of the AU servers (SYD1).
I was impressed that my report was not dismissed out of hand as is often the case with this type of report.

The support team kept me in touch with regular updates as they resolved the issue with their CDN provider.

When the issue was resolved I was asked to confirm that before the ticket was closed.

All round, a good experience for a difficult issue!

The main hosts that they advertise, rarely ever work. And it's now been 2 weeks without access to the premium sites. And if you contact them, then don't be surprised if they don't reply.
There are many debris sites out there. Avoid this one.

Out of many sites I have used this one works - most of the time. There are days when the links wont work and simply give you blank empty pages but those are few. Support is iffy so if you need time to figure this out or think of resolving issues quickly then most probably look for something else.

Have been using the Real-Debrid service for quite a while now, combining it with Kodi improves the system a lot and I will continue to use it since the premium membership is not too much. Haven't had any problems so far.

Once you understand that this service is not providing any source it works very well for what it is intended, transfer speed is great

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.... I just bought a 90 day service 10 hours ago and tried using it twice on 2 different apks and it doesn’t work. You still get crappy and the same amount of streams. So I contacted them first thing this morning asking for a refund and they refused it because “ I used it” like really? Yeah I tried to use it and it doesn’t work. So don’t be like me and fall for it just because TROYPOINT refers it. And there lucky I can’t post the screenshot of the email response.

Its super easy to use super fast to setup will continue to use this if anyone has any issues setting up or using this please let me know drop your email an ill reach out and walk u through it

I just renewed for another 6 months, and every yellow stream says need resolve. I cant find a way to contact them. Frustrating.

I used real debrid with 3 or 6 month premium, in the last 4 years.
What's bad:
• Support (simply doesnt exist, it like writing, or speaking in front of a giant black void, no one will hear you, or answer)

• Hoster down, and the page that show the unsupported site (temporary) only report some of them.

• Limited choice of hoster (but usually with few except mostly are up, some are always, i repeat ALWAYS, down, usually the remove them form the list after a month of 2 of manifest unsupport, even if the claim the opposite from the main page.)

What's Good
It's not fantastic but works.
Speed it's always at maximum
Jdownloader compatible.
Cheap* (i mean some other debrid out there r quite expensive, other one simply claim to support everything, but in reality r simply offer the access to the free account speed or nothing at all.) --> Deepbrid (check my review of this scam site)
