I ordered 2 dolls that were supposed to look like my mother and sister as babies .... What showed up were two ragdolls that looked like you got them from the dollar store

Please help me, I need to report this company. It's a big rob, I bougth two dolls and these are so ugly. These arn't the same of the page. We need do a team for do something about this page. Mi Phone númber in México is 5539041923 and I need more People for do something because I don't know what to do for get my money.

This is one big scam. Do not order any dolls from them. Not even close to what is shown on the website. You won't be able to sell it for $5. Just lost more than a $100 on my purchase.

Ordered combat shorts in May, 2021. They sent shorts two sizes smaller than what I requested. Said they would be sending replacements - never received them. Only excuses and lies. This company is run by morons and very stupid people. This company and their associated companies should be banned. Yahoo should refuse their advertizing.
This company specializes in ripping off customers.

Actually no stars. This made me sick. I ordered to fur babies a bunny and a mastiff, I got a 5 dollar rabbit and a $2.00 Pekingese. This is such a big fraud. They even tried to charge me twice. Sick sick sick people!!!!!!!!

I ordered a first doll for my granddaughter. It was so lovely and I was so excited for it to come and to give it to her. It arrived after several months, and it was not worth the postage. Looked nothing like the picture in the add and when I contacted for a refund, they said I had to send it back to get a full refund, which cost more $ in postage. It has been over four months and it still has t arrived according to the tracking information. Contacting PayPal did nothing. Never ordering through PayPal or from a Chinese company again. A total scam.

Ordered the bird stained window hanging as a gift from Brassbreeze another name used by this company. After a long wait, finally arrived. It was such shoddy work. The leaves of the branch above the head of the birds was in the head of the bird area and the head of the bird was at the neckline. Totally offset and such garbage. I would have been embarrassed to send that as a gift. I reached out to company several times to no avail. I returned the item to the address it was sent from. I finally got an email telling me just because I didn't want it and didn't like it that I had no business returning it and there were consequences on the return. Calling my credit card company tomorrow as I have a tracking number. Will always check Google reviews from now on. Terrible company. Heck the Dollar Tree has better quality products!!

These people are a ripoff. I ordered a product from these folks on April 9. They took payment immediately. It is now May 26 and no product yet. I asked for a refund and they have repeatedly told me to be patient, that it is coming, with no further explanation. I would avoid them like the plague.

If you like to throw money away and get cheated, then this is the site for you. I ordered nine dolls as Christmas gifts for my great nieces on 12/1/20. The doll descriptions and pictures were beautiful and the cost was $300 (I have a complete copy of my order, with pictures). I stupidly didn't check the reviews first but, when I did, I immediately had a really bad feeling. I tried to cancel the PayPal payment within A DAY, but Emma grabbed the $$ before I could cancel the order. All attempts to cancel the order or receive a refund with the company yielded zero. Nothing was delivered to me until I began complaining HARD to PayPal, who must be in cahoots with this company, because they were NO help at all. So, long after Christmas, well into 2021, I get these three packages with cheap dolls probably worth 50 cents. Totally not what I ordered.
My attempts at restitution were fruitless. PayPal was horrible and no help at all. I will NEVER use PayPal again. Kudo's to the Chinese thieves at Emma. You got me once, but never again.

China company. They short changed the number of items and the wrong ones. No order status unless you reach out to them and then they give you an international shipping companys contact information which gave me nothing.
The items are a cheap knockoff of the original Garden Gnomes I have purchased in the US. I have emailed and demanded a full refund. Will update this review if they do respond.

This is the "other" company from EMMA offering dancing frogs that rotate with the wind blowing on them. Been one month so far and no product. They even sent me a fake tracking number...tried those numbers and they apparently do NOT exist! SCAM written all over it. Company is called: brassbreeze.com
Avoid them at all costs!

Complete SCAM. It took about 5 months to get 2 dolls. When I received them, the dolls are extremely cheap quality, and nothing like the description I ordered. I´ve written a few emails since February complaining and requesting reimbursement, still NO response. Stay away from this company completely!

The doll was worth around £3.50 , not boxed & really poor quality

This company uses bogus company names to avoid customers looking at their horrible reviews. Avoid:BrassBreeze and Duffle Duffle, both foot back to Realistic Toys by Emma. This is a Chinese company and your only protection is Pay Pal or your credit card company.

Ordered a specific dog and receive one not even close to what I ordered. I lost 100.00 and after several emails I sent with no result. Be aware they are on pinterest and several other sites. All I wanted was a dog that resembled a dog for my mother that has dementia. This whole site is a cam. I don't even trust pinterest anymore.

Thank heavens for paypal. I ordered a doll for my granddaughter for Christmas, naturally it didn't come until way after the holidays. The doll I received looked NOTHING like what I had ordered. I registered a complaint with paypal. The company said "you ordered a doll and you got a doll." Pay pal even reimbursed the shipping costs and gave me a refund.

Nothing like they advertised! Am sooo disappointed. I am a pensioner & it cost me $96 all up. Not worth $5.00. Poorly made & no accessories as shown. Disgusting rip off using something sweet for kids to suck in Nanas like me. I'm new at ordering online & won't be doing it again. Shame on you. Your doll was an embarrassment - not that you care - it's all in the money, huh.

Well like everyone else in this review I have been scammed as well. Ordered two dolls in November not knowing they were from China. Have not received dolls and asked several times for information I think they send fake tracking information. Last I saw in January they were in Chicago which I could drive to get in 8 hours but still have not seen two months later! For my young granddaughters but sounds like if I do get will not want to give to them anyhow! Not worth one star!

Absolute scam.
They spent a pretty penny on advertising and at the right time of year, Christmas.
Took 4 mos to get and l wouldn't pay $5.00 for it.
Nothing at all like the picture.
Very cheaply made. Poor quality, no scarf. No sweater and no baby.
Stay away.

TOTAL SCAM Don’t purchase anything from these frauds. I have not received the item I ordered 4 months ago. Need I Say anything more?
