Total scam. Took 3 months to get dolls. Very poor knock offs. Would not have taken dolls if free. Wish I could attach a picture. Came crammed in a plastic bag from Someone in Delaware names Joe Doe. right...

Haven't Received Order after 3 1/2 months

I ordered two dolls for Christmas Gifts on 12/8/2020. It is not 3/20/2021 and I have yet to receive the dolls. I have been in contact with 'Emma' several times, and the first time they offered my and 80% refund, because they had to purchase the material to make the dolls. I did not take that, as I wanted a full refund. The second time I wrote, I was offered a 10% refund (what happened to the 80%?) Now they say I can't get a refund because it is 'in transit' I will NEVER order from these again. I am out almost $100. Lesson Learned.
Update - 'dolls' received 4/2/21, almost four months after I ordered. Not at all what I expected. No extra clothing or accessories included (like shown on their website). Dollar Store dolls at best. Do NOT purchase from this company.

I ordered a doll with clothes from this site, they all looked lovely and came in a nice box. No, a horrid little doll arrived squashed up in a small plastic bag with no extra clothes. After complaining I was offered 10% refund then 20% refund, I was discouraged from returning the doll. Lesson learned - do not buy online rubbish, doll not fit for purpose!!

A rip off of genuine Waldorf Dolls
This company has no right to be selling “Waldorf Dolls” rip offs. I spoke direct to Waldorf after receiving 2 travesties of what I thought I would be getting. I have asked for refunds but they won’t give me a return address. They don’t want them back. I wouldn’t even donate them to a charity shop, they’re so awful.

This is part of the response I have had from Waldorf today: “ The scammers have stolen my images and images of other doll makers, and on some websites my name as well. I have nothing to do with them. They have acted unlawfully, but because they are in China, I can not do anything about that from Europe. We have managed to close down most of their sites with Waldorf Dolls on them.”

Caveat emptor!

I ordered an item in November 2020. It arrived and was nothing like the photograph on the website. I was offered first 10% discount, then 20% but decided to return the "dog" for a full refund.
The return process has been painful. The item was collected on 6 January and has still not reached "Emma" it is at Guangzhou Customs. I have lost count of the communications with the company. Each time asking for something I have already provided. I am now out of pocket over £70.

I have ordered a doll last November! Not received yet! I wrote them a least 10 times. Always the same answer...Your package is in transit. I am beginning to doubt I will ever receive it.
I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY FROM THEM.

I purchased two Waldorf dolls from this company thinking it was endorsed by Etsy in December 23, 2020. Waited for more than two months and finally received three small dollar store rag dolls. The charge on my credit card was $120. I never received the dolls I had ordered. This company scammed and cheated me. Do not purchase ANYTHING from this disreputable company

Horrible. Bought a doll back in November. I to got a crap little scary doll. Nothing to what I ordered. I emailed them requesting a refund. They insisted I return the product. I let them Know that this was nothing of the product I purchased and that they needed to refund. They have now blocked the email so you cannot get ahold of them. DO NOT BUY. Let not give them anymore of our money!! There is a special place in Hell for people like them. Hope you all have a great day!

Ordered what I thought was an original Waldorf doll, instead I got a dollar store, so called HAND MADE doll 3 months later. Have been arguing with them on a refund through Paypal... I have asked for a pre-paid shipping label and a full refund and that is not happening, I should not have to be negotiating getting a refund of $49.99 for this doll. Complete Rip off.

The dolls I purchased look NOTHING like the dolls I ordered. No accessories as shown in the ads.

I too just received two dolls from these people, and what a scam!!! They are so cheaply made and came with no accessories as was shown. Both arrived in plastic bags and half the sewing is already ripped out. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I ordered a doll on December 13th, 2020 as a Christmas gift. What I received was a Dollar Store Doll in a plastic bag. No accessories, nothing like what I ordered!

I ordered this doll mid November for my daughter as a Christmas gift. It only arrived yesterday. It is the worst thing I have ever seen as regards a doll for a child! It is nothing like the dolls on the website. So disappointed!! I just put it in the bin, it is not fit for anyone!!!!

I was scammed by these fraudsters with a hideous doll unsuitable for a child.
Thankfully PayPal acted on my behalf and I have now received a full refund via PayPal.

What everyone has said is true on here!!! I ordered two dolls for my granddaughters in Nov I received them in a plastic poly bag today one has a hard plastic head covered in the fabric and looks NOTHING like photo and the other has a seam line across total span of face and looks NOTHING like photos neither came in the pretty box with the accessories each one was supposed to have a small animal with it even the clothes are cheap and not the same... it’s like $ tree merchandise it is HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

Horrible doll that does not even remotely resemble the pictures on Facebook! It is cheap with a hard plastic head covered by material. I am outraged that Facebook would allow this vendor to be on their site.

It took months to get here. I won’t give this to my niece because I am embarrassed by how cheap it looks.

Facebook & PayPal aught to be ashamed of advertising for them and taking our money.....I'm ashamed to even give it to my granddaughter it's so disappointing!!!! I had to put one star otherwise I could not write a review but I would not give them one star.
I ordered a toy dog a Tibetan mastiff thinking it was going to be a large stuffed toy it was I think 43 dollars I received a 6-in long buy 2 inch high Pekingese.
I complained to customer services and asked for a refund, they told me I can have a refund but I must return the product.
They gave me a return address in China I returned the dog and sent it registered tracted and signed for.
I have just checked the tracking number and they attempted to deliver on Friday 19th of February at a 12.OO. there was nobody there and so they left a note telling them where they can pick it up.
I have again sent a email to customer services,Emma but still awaiting a reply.
If I had known that the DOG was coming from China I would not have I ordered it.

If I could rate this zero stars I would. It took more than 3 months to get here and was nothing like the picture. It was too small and a piece of garbage. It didn't come with any extra clothes like the ad said. I fully regret not reading the reviews before getting this doll. It makes me sad because she looked amazing and I was really excited about her. It's a really cheaply made doll. At the moment I'm disputing the charge with PayPal. The email they sent me said they would only give me 80 percent of my money back. They finally agreed to give me all my money back but told me I would have to send the doll back and pay for return shipping. At this point they had informed me that the doll was damaged during shipment and sent me a picture that looked neither damaged or like the picture on their website. I was trying to get my money back at this point because it was clearly a scam. When I asked them to not send the doll and simply give me my money back they sent me an exact copy of the email they had sent before stating that they could only give me 80 percent of my money back. I don't think I was talking to an actual person, just a robot programmed with automated responses. I told them I was taking this up with PayPal weeks ago and I haven't heard a word from them since. Now the website is shut down.
