I just received my four realistic toys by Emma. They are not as described. I am very unhappy with my purchase. I have waited 3 months for dolls that are not as described. The ones I ordered had knitted clothes and were beautiful. These are awful, nothing nice about them. Plus there are only 2 different types. I was expecting these dolls to look magnificent and they are awful.
I request a full refund. It cost me AUD 219.00. I a, so unhappy!

This is a fraud! don't by these dolls, they are super hugly! nothing to do with the pictures!!!!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I bought the doll. What a waste of my hard earned money. The doll is not at all as described, no accessories came with it and it is so cheaply made. I am so sad for my niece that was looking forward to this gift. Please do not buy from them. It is a total scam. 😡 I want my money back.

Bad!!!! A complete SCAM!!! Cheapest doll ever made, not at all how it looks in Photo! Throwing it out!!! Took 2 months!!! When I tried to get in touch, to see why it was taking so long ,it was impossible, so I figured I’d been scammed.... Ha! I sure was right! Don’t waste your 39.00 dollars It’s a Scam,scam,scam!

This is a scam!!!!!! It took 3 months to come and was nothing like what I ordered! I paid $100 for a doll complete with handmade sweaters and accessories, and I received a cheap dollar store quality item in a plastic bag with no accessories that looks nothing like what I ordered! Very disappointing

The dolls arrived today Feb. 12 2021. After a long wait I am very disappointed in the quality and materials used to make them. For one the materials are not cotton they are made with nylon as well as the head is hard Styrofoam. They are unacceptable for use in a Waldorf Montessori environment. I will not be able to give them to our young family members. Very disappointed. Also I expected additional clothing in my order for each like shown on my order. The dolls and description on your website are inaccurate. I cannot recommend your products and will pass on my review to other families who hoped to find an appropriate gift. Sincerely Karen Herold

I had the same experience as other reviewers. I ordered 5 dolls. I never received them and then several months later I received a package with 1 (not 5!) awful looking doll, so different from what I ordered, that I am not sure it is even from the order. Though, now that Ive read the reviews I suppose it must have been. It is deeply saddening to me that someone would make this garbage and take peoples hard earned money. I will let you know if I ever receive the order I paid for.

If I could give a 0 I would. It took 2.5 months to get the doll I ordered. There was no tracking or shipping info provided during my wait.

The doll quality is cheap and shoddy. Should have cost under $15. I paid $50. It did not look anything like the photo. Nor did it have the same outfit. Horrible!!

I ordered a doll for my granddaughter early December and it is now February 11, no doll but they took my money and will not give me a refund. They said it is still on the way. Totally dishonest company!!

Horrible company. Took months to get the dolls. Once received they did NOT look anything like the photos. I wanted to return them,it would have cost double what I paid. I kept complaining to them and got 1/4 of what I paid. I gave the dolls to Good Will.

This site is a total SCAM. I order 4 dolls and a realistic dog toy. 2 months later parcel arrived. Nothing like the photos arrived. Absolute crapp.Not safe for kids to play with and poor quality. I have tried to get refund via paypal but nothing so far. Do not buy from this site

I ordered the Alma doll and clothes on 11/30/20 as a Christmas present. It was never delivered. I wrote to them repeatedly and they replied with BS replies. Now trying to get money back from PayPal and/or my credit card company is an all-day ordeal without any guarantee of success. I am MORE than disappointed.

This is the worst company to deal with. It is a scam, the doll I ordered is not at all what I ordered. It is supposed to be handcrafted and made with organic materials. WHAT A CROCK. Do not order anything from them the company is a SCAM.I waited 5 months for the doll I ordered and did not received the doll as advertised.Very Very disappointed and angry.

Scam site. I never received the order and now the site is closed. I just hope these criminals can be stopped. Dishonest people. I'll try to get to the bottom of it.

Too soon old and too late smart! I was taken by this company too. I ordered two ( expensive) Waldorf dolls in November. I received two dreadful cheap, 5 and dime dolls at the end of Jan. I wrote three times and also got the usual excuses that I have read about here. I can ill afford the loss of money and was sad to not have a gift for my grand daughters. What a horrible scam and to be using children’s goods to perpetrate fraud is unconscionable! My only hope is that PayPal will stand behind the purchase since I used them for payment. They are currently investigating the company. If anyone has recommendations for other agencies that should be made aware of these scammers and thieves, please share. I will report the findings of PayPal when the case is settled. I have read so many of the same experiences others have had. This company is committing fraud. Do not buy from them!

Super pissed!! I wish I had found this site before ordering! I ordered 4 dolls with accessories! When I didnt get them the week before Christmas I emailed them and they responded right away, with the BS line that these dolls are hand crafted so they take more time. I just received them today February 8. Squished in a bag and with no accessories. Everyone, do not purchase anything from any site that has Chinese writing. They are scammers and trying to get your money back is a a stress in itself.

SCAM and I fell for it!!!!!!
Bought a doll, came 7 weeks late. The customer service to track the item was great then when I tried to get in touch about returning the frightening thing called a doll, I had no response!! Today the website is closed!!!!!!! DONT FALL FOR IT!!!

"There's a sucker born every minute..." and I fell for it! The sight looked legitimate, I thought the discounts were really great and the dolls shown were nicely packaged in a beautiful gift box! Such a hassle to get money back. Getting the runaround and two different addresses for returns, with international shipping costs however, I am determined to get back the money spent on the dolls (gifts for the granddaughters) and attempt to get back some of the shipping. I've ordered a pattern book and fabrics and will try to make my own dolls for the girls. Fingers crossed...

I placed an order on December 18th and still have not received my order. I have emailed several times now, and although they have gotten back to me in a timely matter every time, their response has always been similar- that the package has shipped and I can expect the tracking to be updated soon. Well now I can't even access the tracking link because the website has been shut down. I am going to report the payment to my bank in hopes of getting a refund. I'm so disappointed because I was really looking forward to receiving the doll I thought I ordered.

I too orderedd 2 dolls back in Dec. 1st 2020 and just received the 2 dolls that are nothing like they advertised on their webpage form this this scammer and of course got some cheap dolls worth not more than 5 dollars it is a big scam I hope I can get my money back from PayPal.
