I saw these wonderful looking dolls on the FB site and went into the website. These dolls were $39.99 each and to me, quite expensive, but they were nicely packaged in a box. The dolls had beautiful little dresses, handknit sweaters or jackets, hats and a little animal beside them. They had other clothes, as well. So, I splurged and got 3 with a 10% discount, for my grandaughters, in mid-November, thinking they would be here in time for Christmas. The site looked 'very American' with no evidence of another country involved. I did not receive until mid-January and they were shipped from China! If I had known that, I would not have ordered in the first place! There were 3 dolls, squished into a packge and to tell you the truth, they look like cheap carnival dolls that you would win for popping a balloon or whatever. I contacted the people and we went back and forth. They would only give me a 10-20% refund unless I sent the product back. I was so angry and wanted to send them all back but I just didn't trust that they would refund me anyway since what I received was so very different from what was advertised. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission and another online crime reporting site. Today, I see that you cannot get on the site.

Do not order. I ordered from here and what came is a poor quality toy nothing like the picture advertised.

What a rip off. Ordered a $50 USA funds doll that was suppose to have 4 outfits and we got a $10 doll with NO outfits. Just a cheap knockoff. We ordered this in September for our new granddaughter for Christmas and just received it today February 5. For future buyers, DONT BUY! You’ll only be extremely disappointed. Never will we buy from this company again. 🤨

I am sorry but I have been scammed and sent inferior products that are nothing like what I ordered. The seller is in China and they have provided a label in Chinese!!!!! - how do yo think British Royal Mail would process that. The seller is being obstructive for obvious reasons they even told me they could not possibly make the dolls that are on their website. Its a nuisance Trading Standards cant get involved - lesson leant I am never ordering from China again - they are crooks and the website is a scam as on google everyone else has had the same problem - I want to know why PayPal deal with scam companies. I am not going to the post office with a label that's unreadable and paying for a tracked parcel to China - come on Paypal refund all the money I sent as you should take responsibility for companies you work with.. I again state - Do not buy from this fraudulent company.

Do not order from this company. The doll I odered in November of 2020 did not arrive and instead I received a cheap rendition of my expensive purchase through a scam shipper called Joe Doe in Delaware. Not a place where you want to do business!

I was duped into the same. Ordered a doll on November 28, 2020. After many emails I still have not received so I contacted my credit card company and they are reversing the charges. Suggest you all do the same.

I wish I did not have to rate this company. I feel exactly the same as all the other reviews. I also ordered my dolls in November 3 2020 and only received them late in January. I did not get what I ordered and paid quite a bit of money for the dolls. I also sent numerous messages and just got fobbed off every time. I have sent an email yesterday showing pictures of what I ordered and what I got and sure as eggs are eggs I don't think I'll there would be a return email. I am gutted - who can you trust on online shopping abroad again :(

No stars is what should be quoted. How this company is still allowed to advertise is ridiculous. I have not received my goods ordered in November. Just conflicting information when email them. No communication once I asked for refund. These dolls are not cheap to buy. From the sounds of it they are not worth chasing. The advert for these dolls is all a lie. May as well have flushed my hard earned cash down the toilet. Two kids with no Christmas presents that I can't afford to buy alternative presents for. Disgrace.

CHEAP UGLY DOLL!!!!! Not at all like pictures. I received no response about tracking. Arrived 3 months after I ordered it, never buying from a Facebook ad again. Rip off Chinese company. BUYER BEWARE.

I too was fleeced by this company which was advertised on my Facebook page. I ordered two dolls November 20,2020 as Christmas gifts for my granddaughters and have yet to receive anything. My numerous inquiries were met with “in transit” notices. I finally figured out I’ve been played. I have asked for a full refund several times with no response.
Shame on Facebook for continuing to let these vile scammers advertise on their site, giving them legitimacy. I wish I had done my homework.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF WEBSITE. THEY ARE LOCATED IN CHINA, TAKES A MONTH TO DELIVER AND THE DOLLS LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE. IT LOOKED LIKE A SOCK DOLL, CLOTHES ARE CHEAP AND DO NOT MATCH THE PICTURES. UGLIEST DOLLS I HAVE EVER SEEN, SO BAD I JUST LAUGHED WHEN I OPENED THE ENVELOPE. YES THEY ARE SHIPPED IN AN ENVELOPE, NOT THAT PRETTY BOX ON THE WEBSITE. THEY SAY YOU CAN RETURN THE DOLL BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY $50 TO $75 DOLLARS TO SHIP BACK TO CHINA. COMPLETE AND UTTER FRAUD, THEY SHOULD SHUT DOWN THE WEBSITE FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

I too have been scammed by this merchant. The dolls we ordered were nothing like the image on Facebook and they also did not come with the little animals. Facebook should block this ad and we should get a full refund. I paid with Paypal and have launched a complaint as well. Disappointed!

I AM BEYOND ANGRY!
Ordered 2 dolls for my grand daughters for Christmas. It’s now February and I’ve only just received these cheap and nasty dolls.
How this “company” is still freely stealing money for crap products is beyond me!

Bought something and they never shipped. It's a scam, they won't refund either. I filed a claim with PP and they lied to PP and said it was shipped.

I ordered this doll for my granddaughter for Christmas November 10, 2020, and received today February 1, 2021. These dolls are NOT Waldorf dolls! I received a terrible doll that I would not pay $1.00 for, and looked nothing like what was promised, and purchased in good faith. Terrible SCAM.....Beware of this fraudulent company.

BUYER BEWARE. I only wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing this doll. The doll I received was as the other reviewers have noted - a cheap carnival type UGLY doll not the cute one pictured on the site. DO NOT BUY!!

All I can say is SHAME SHAME SHAME on this VERY deceitful company!! They ruined SO MANY children's gifts, including my precious little Granddaughter's. I order the Gabrielle doll because it reminded me of my sweet Madison, dark curly hair with an angel's face!!! and of course the doll I received looks NOTHING like that!! But!! above all else, I am a Christian and I have chosen to forgive this injustice that has been placed upon me and will pray for the people behind it, that they will seek forgiveness before it is too late !! My little granddaughter will love this doll all the same because she does not know that it was manufactured by bad people!! AND it will always serve as a reminder for me to ALWAYS do my research before ordering online in the future!! Hope everyone reading this has a blessed day!!

I’d give zero stars if I could. I got suckered, too. I did get a reply back from their “customer service” when I emailed my complaint. She wants a photo of what I received. I think I’ll just call my credit card company. Forget PayPal. I want my money back.

TERRIBLE!!! A scam website! Paid $40 plus $10 for shipping. Expected a darling beautiful doll and received a little stuffed doll worth no more than $3!
