I ordered several large boxes and one was broken when it arrived. I immediately emailled the company to ask how I could get a replacement. I have emailled every day since. Nothing, no acknowledgement, nothing.The products aren't cheap. please can I have a reply ?!

This company is a distributor and not the Really Useful Box Company. They took my order and payment for a 2 day delivery, goods were not available, they didn't inform and did not arrive when needed. They get 2 stars from me because when I complained they refunded my money easily. It felt like they really weren't bothered. Re ordered directly from Really Useful Boxes own website, stuff arrived next day and was a bit cheaper too.

I ordered a selection of boxes two of which were damaged - not surprising as they had hardly any packing material around them.
After a phone conversation I duly sent an email with attached photos to which I had no response. After two more requests for a response with no luck and no replacement boxes I gave up.
Basically they owe me my money back.

If I could go for no stars I would. I appreciate that sometimes delivery schedules go awry but when you are asked to pay a ridiculous delivery charge, you order is woefully late and then the completely disinterested staff member on the phone says “yeah we’ll we’re busy” it hacks me off.

When i first joined the work place, there was three of us who all had the "induction" together, we got a short powerpoint showed to us and explained we was all on 12 week probation. By today, all of us have received a phone call saying we have failed our probation...
I can not speak for the others in our group however from my experience the "training" was shocking, we got placed with other employees who really couldn't care less, you was lucky if someone showed you what to do!
There is NO Covid-19 measurements in place. No one keeps 2 metres apart, no masks are worn inside the work place and in the full 4 weeks I have only had a temperature check once.
Despite the OWNER of the company complementing me on how i work, saying i'm doing well and that o have a good work ethic, i still " failed probation".
So out of us all who joined together not one of us passed the probation.. and we was all refused explanations on how we had failed. Today i went to clock in work and they had wiped my finger print and login off the system BEFORE telling me i "failed" I told my manager about the login system not working for me and he told me everything was okay, which obviously it wasnt.
DO NOT RELY ON THIS AS A JOB, YOU CAN NOT SIMPLY RELY ON THEM.
I feel lead on, disappointed and angry on how me and the people who joined together have been treated. It's really disgusting.
Please avoid, its not worth it.
Good Products Unless they Arrive Faulty
Made a large order of 14 pieces. 1 was damaged. Despite several emails I have been ignored by customer services and have had to open a paypal dispute. Good product let down by poor customer service

Update 2nd April. After original order delivered on 23rd February with wrong parts. Phone call to customer services promised the right part. Emails to chase up afterwards that got no response. The right part was delivered today. Good product, non-responsive customer service. Original review is as follows......... Recently placed two orders with really useful products/really useful boxes. First triple stack of drawers arrived quickly and was great. Required some construction to link stacks together and hold in place with the triple width top. So I ordered an additional double stack of drawers. Came with wrong top so draws cannot be constructed. Phoned immediately and was promised a correct top. Nothing received, various emails including to Roz Evans (listed as responsible for direct net selling)...... not one reply.
Customer service is nil..... left with a product that cannot be put together.
Like others I would advise avoiding direct purchase and If you really want these products look to third party sellers.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Missing 5 items from over a month ago, it takes them weeks to reply to emails and it is still not sorted.

They set me on for 5 days with no training no guide no nothin!!! Didn’t have a clue what I was doing people so for two days I missed a couple of boxes then after that I was quick !!! they butter you up get all friendly when really there all plotting to tell the big boss you ain’t cut out to the do the job so they wait for you to do your last shift and “fire you” even tho there’s no target or time limit! You have to hit I didn’t miss one single box or lid after 2 days and I get fired for been to slow someone explain?? Honestly they got me to sign a contract to let me go the very next day ! Oh and they have people working on machines that are taking drugs also on forklift trucks too! “ so long for drug testing aye” the only thing they make you do for COVID is wash your hands bla bla bla no mask or social distancing !! Specially when your all surrounded in smoking shelter together this place is a joke just expect you to be an expert in a day !!!! Good look to anyone who Apply’s here specially Normanton as there over staffed and have people walking round warehouse having NOTHING to do so people get payed for just walking round all day maybe taking people of for breaks!! DONT HIRE IF YOU DONT RECOMMEND THE HELP YOU OFFER.
Poor delivery and customer service
Ordered 4 boxes on 4/10 on 3-6 working day delivery(£11.99). Eventually delivered 15/10 - 9 working days later. Have requested refund for delivery but no response. The product however is excellent.

Need to return, taken my money! Trying to return the items and the customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. We called them first on Tuesday and we were transferred to Mike who was the manager however he was suppose to call back on Tuesday afternoon he didn't, we called back both Wednesday and Thursday but customer services said the manager was busy, so we left our phone number again and order ID but no one have called back so far. Since this we have called again and they have literally just hung up the phone, twice so far! I will be contacting trading standards.

Two things... One don't buy direct from them as they messed my order up and never corrected it even after 3 extra phone calls! Product seems not bad at least some of them but the rainbow draw system does not slide well with the draws... Very odd that the backs can slip down after opening and jam... Not good unless you press hard down at the front to lift them back in.

I have found this company to be really helpful with the support I requested prior to making a purchase. Their products arrived the day after ordering and they are absolutely perfect for my needs. They have an incredible range and choice of storage boxes and I imagine that everyone could find something suitable from their huge range. Website is great and allows you to 'build your own tower'. All in all I am very happy to highly recommend this company without reservations.

Shocking customer 'service'. I placed an order, they sent me the wrong items (because the item I ordered had the same description as another item they sell). They ignored my email so I opened a paypal case. They then changed their website descriptions and now say I ordered the wrong thing! They expect me to pay to return the wrong items. They have blocked me from contacting them. A quick look on their fb page shows other disgruntled customers being ignored. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
