Have had red pocket since 2012

Have had red pocket since 2012
Have 3 family members on my account and have 36 family members who have switched to red pocket over the years.
They tell their friends & co-workers and they switch to red pocket. We are a faithfil, red pocket community.
Where service is exceptional, and customer service is a value!!!

Suspended phone number

I was having difficulty upgrading my phone plan and contacted customer service representative Ren.
Ren was able to resolve the issue and guide me through the steps to assure everything was working properly again.

The RP CS Ren stayed on this difficult n transfer

The RP CS Ren stayed on this difficult transfer with losing their cool. Don't know why it was so difficult but it literally took more than an hour. The process of changing networks within Red Pocket seemed to be glitchy but the rep was gracious [as was I] and we got through it.

The support is very good

The support is very good. It was relatively painless to switch cell network carriers. I changed the network from AT&T to Verizon on the fly. It worked as planned. thanks goes to RP CS Ren the agent that helped me.
