Good cake. Never ate it, but the birthday boy was happy.
Nice customer experience, faced no issues with ordering and delivering hours were as asked. At the end, the look and taste of the cake was fantastic, or so I've been told. Recommend!

Ok but not great
Ordered item (sweets for kids) was out of stock and replaced by a box of chocolates containing alcohol. On the plus side i got a refund for these when i complained about it.

I ordered the Caramel Palace cake for my boyfriend's birthday. Design wise it looked nice and pretty (instagram worthy), but unfortunately it was way too sweet and the sponge was dry and the flavours just didn't blend in. Considering the occasion, I was disappointed and won't order again.

The cake looked amazing but the colour stained the kids hands and the taste of the colourful frosting tasted weird and artificial. Unfortunately the cake went to waste as even the kids wouldn’t eat it.

Because they said delivery between 9am to 9 pm ended up cutting cat after 9 pm after paying £10 delivery charges
