Fab-u-lous! I could not see my darling boy on his 21st birthday due to Covid restrictions but Red Robin Bakery pulled all the stops out and delivered the most amazing chocolate cake to him as I couldn't. He and his friends thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful. It looked fab, tasted scrummy and delivery was excellent. We will use you again.

Great bakery
I ordered a red velvet cake and it was absolutely delicious. Made the order through WhatsApp, replies were timely and had no issues with delivery.

The Birthday cake was so very underwhelming...I am sorry to say...
the cake was stodgy the icing and filling tasted & felt synthetic..the chocolate cake itself tasted like powdered chocolate .
The only good review I have is that the appearance of the cake was as seen in the photos..and the delivery was on time. After this experience I feel the cake is very overpriced. and I am highly unlikely to purchase from their again.
I am saddened by the company's response, as the filling was hard and not fresh...cream? I am familiar with fresh cream.. I would not give such a review if I was uncertain. The review is supposed to help to improve your service and products, please.

The cake was perfect
The cake was perfect. It was decorated exactly like the picture on the website. Packaging was robust and the cake arrived in perfect condition and on time. The sponge was light and delicious and not too sweet.Worth every penny. I would definitely buy from Red Robin Bakery again and recommend you to my friends and family.

The cake didn’t taste nice
The cake arrived late, 9.30pm on the day requested and the buttercream had no sugar so it just tasted like butter.
I called to ask if the cake was coming and there was no apology. I think they made it after I called in a hurry. A shame because it looked nice.

You also picked the 9am to 9pm delivery slot and our route tracker tells us the we delivered the cake at 8.46pm.
