I really like Rema as a store
I really like Rema as a store, but at home delivery is not so great, I'm always missing important items. I try again today because I can't drive, I really hope it all turns up!
I just update ......only 70 percent of my shopping has arrived!

It is of course very regrettable that you have experienced deficiencies in your deliveries.
Unfortunately, out-of-stock items can occur in the same way as if you were shopping in REMA 1000 yourself. In the case of out-of-stock items, there are two options:
Replacement goods accepted:
The system suggests, when possible, a replacement item for the buyer. The price of the replacement item will be shown on the receipt from the store.
Replacement goods not accepted:
You will not receive another item instead of the sold out item, and of course you will not pay for the item that has not been delivered.
You can turn replacement items on or off under your profile.
If you should experience deficiencies again, or have other issues, you are always very welcome to contact our Customer Service at support@vigo.dk, chat or phone.
In this way, we get the information we need to investigate the matter in more detail, follow up with the buyer and find a solution with you.

Disgusting
Disgusting! Got a fine in one of their parking spots due to wrongly adjusted parking watch (unexpected winter/summer time switch). Fine was send by email 4 weeks later, because they were hoping to collect more fines from me while i do my regular shopping. Time to switch my shopping habits .

Mug på mad
Hej Rema.
Jeg kan ikke få lov til at sende en besked via. jeres kontaktsystem, fordi den vedhæftede fil er for stor, og der er ingen muligbed for at sende en email.
Jeg har flere gange haft oplevelser af, at have købt varer der var mug på, eller værst var dengang hvor jeg købte peanutbutter og folien indvendigt havde taget skadet, og al peanutbutteren lugtede metallisk. Det kan ikke være sundt, jeg smed den ud, og kunne ikke kontakte jer, igen på grund af jeres begrænsede kontaktsystem. Jeg køber aldrig peanutbutter hos jer mere, men kun hos Netto nu.
Denne gang har jeg købt fuldkorns pitabrød fra jeres eget mærke. Jeg købte det igår, og jeg har bare opbevaret det i et mørk køkkenskab, indtil jeg spiste et af brødene i dag. Efter at have spist et, opdagede jeg til gengæld at der var mug på alle de andre tre - så mon ikke, at jeg også lige har spist et muggent brød. Ad. Udløbsdatoen er d. 05.7.2022, men det kan man åbenbart ikke regne med, når det er købt fra Rema.
Jeg håber bare at jeg ikke bliver syg, og jeg er glad for at ingen andre nåede at spise de andre brød.
Det er for dårligt, måske man skulle overveje at kvalitetssikre sine varer, inden man gør alle kunderne syge.

Fresh and tasty!
Great variety of products and friendly staff! Their vegetables and fruit are always fresh. I sometimes use the app too. So far I’m satisfied and I recommend it!

Rotten Strawberries again......
Here we go again. Its the same old story, just like a scratched record and I keep falling for it. Popped into Rema1000 on my way home today and bought 3 cartoons of strawberries and boy did they look good. got home and my 3 boys saw the strawberries immediately and could not wait to eat them, so we just open them up and poured them in a big bowl. To my surprise and disappointment all 3 cartoons had old and bruised strawberries and in some places they even looked like they were growing something extra... Really Rema1000, why is it that I cannot trust you to check your own produce. my kids were not happy and nor was I :(
