I had purchased what should have been the right one for my parents from another shop, but it only worked for a week so I tried this place instead. The lady I spoke to here was really helpful and helped me find the right one and it's brilliant, working perfectly for them.

Excellent customer service, Received item next day but unfortunately didn't work at all. Rang for advice and received a replacement which only partially worked. The fault appears to be my own equipment, Returned both remotes and promptly received a full refund.
