I ordered a second remote for a TV I had ordered but when the TV arrived it already had 2 remotes,I returned the remote I ordered explained what had happened and very promptly received a full refund,I would definitely use this company again.

The remote control worked straight away as soon as the supplied batteries were installed. The remote is larger than the original which for me is an advantage.
The button layout is different to the original but this is not a problem, all functions covered on this remote
