Update. Cancelled my order before it despatched got a refund right away. Nonetheless didn’t have a tracking number or a solid delivery date after 2 days. Maybe trivial for some but found it a bit too relaxed. Best!

P.s I waited till the next day to do initial review actually.

Either this is some suspicious site - or nothing works there. We'll see if my money has gone out of my account. Because apparently they can't verify the payment address... Some misery. Brits without foreigners can't do anything right. Now unsubscribe from the world - at all!

The item is not the same that the original one.

Contacted them via online chat about parts prices and they told me to use the website contact form. Did this and heard nothing for 2 weeks, so sent them an email direct with the same information. I've waited another 2 weeks now and heard nothing. Complete waste of space!

Fast reply, helpful staff. Wide range of parts that fit 100% well.

Positive: they sell Renault parts cheaper than others, and the parts eventually arrived.

Negative: zero communication, I tried contacting them using the “contact us” form to complain, and they didn’t bother answering.

I paid extra for express postage, which was supposed to be 2-3 days, it took it almost 2 weeks. When I called to ask about it, they just said “ask the courier company”, didn’t even care enough to ask their contacts there or at the very least refund the extra I paid for express delivery.

One of the parts I ordered arrived slightly scratched, which may not be visible when installed, but nevertheless I expect new parts to not have blemishes. I again tried contacting them in writing, but received no response.

Summary: when buying cheap you get cheap. These guys reminded me that I prefer paying a bit more but getting proper service. Will do my best to avoid doing business with these guys in the future.
