J,ai Commandé une veranda le 20.12 2018 au prix de 15300 euros. Payée 6200 euros en cheque, la livraison a été prvevû pour le 15 mars, le 17 avril, paiement de 7150 euros en cheque encaisser sans livraison complet..... seulement livré deux fenetre, tous les autres sont mal mesuré, et retourner avec la camion de Renoval. Attention cheque quand meme encaisser toute suite!!!.Tres honete. 45 jours plus tard, visite à nouveau, vitré brisée. Le 18 juillet sans aucun acceptation de visite de mon part, car locataires dans la maison. Finalement, ils ont fini le montage avec le dernier élément mais ont demonter et pris deux portes. Evidement pas confiance que je va payer le reste 1950 euros. Effectivement on a volé deux porte deja monter. Aujourd'hui le 01.10 2020 (notez la date par rapport à la date de commande) j'ai toujours une veranda incomplet. Décidez vous-même si vous devriez être le prochain client chez Renoval, qui dans l'industrie à une réputation très ternie.

I ordered a veranda with the company RENOVAL 20 december 2018. Delivery promised for March 15 2019. On the day i was informed of a delay one month. Now delivery April 15. ON the 17 avril the company arrived ans asked for the second check of 7150 euros. However, only 2 elements of 5 were set up. The rest were bad measured and taken back to the factory. BUT the check was cashed although the delivery was incomplete. 45 days later new try to finish the veranda. One window was crashed during transport and taken back. Just before July 18 I was called by phone, delivery would be the next day, i should be at home. But i told i could not, i was in Avignon on vacation and the house occupied by tenants. Never the less the company arrived despite my refusal, and set in the last element. Finally the veranda was complete. BUT as i was not there and probably as sort of security for the remaining payment of 1950 euros, they disassembled the 2 doors, and took them on the lorry back to the company. NOW on October 01 2020 (please note the date compared to the order date) my veranda is still incomplete!!! Please decide for yourself if Renoval shall be your next experience. A company very bad reputed in the sector. Very understandable....
