Rental24H has left pleasant memories about the service and quality. I planned a little trip to Denmark, Copenhagen and decided to rent a car to see the city by myself. When I arrived, it took me a few minutes to take the car and after a short execution, I took the car. When my trip was coming to an end I left the car at the airport parking. I was very satisfied with the service and can recommend this company to everyone.

In case you need a cheap and perfect car you should use rental24h service. When I have my last trip in Miami, I was carefully thinking about my car rental deal. And after exploring the information in internet, I decided to rent a car through rental24h.com. What did I get? Firstly, I was offered to check out all the information about car hire agencies and cars available in Miami.That is why, I could make the right choice. Moreover, they offered me quite affordable full excess insurance and in addition I could rely on their support during my whole car rental process.

Horrible experience. We booked a car in Geneva airport only to find when we arrived that Keddy by Europcar had no record of our booking.

It was technically out of hours so Cartrawler/Rental24H just kept repeating that there was nothing they could do and refused to let us speak to a supervisor.

The only thing they could offer us was to rebook the following morning for 400 euros (the original price was £100) with no guarantee of a refund. As our hotel was a 1-hour drive from the airport, we were forced to pay for an airport hotel (£115) and a car with a different company (£165).

We are now £280 out of pocket with no refund from the original booking as well and missed half a day skiing due to all of this mess -- not to mention had barely any sleep because we didn't end up getting to our hotel until about 1am.

A total nightmare. Never again.

I had to cancel my car hire 24 hours before i was due to pick up the car and i called rental24h to let them know and they cancelled the booking and refunded me within 2 days...excellent service

Please, guys, do what I didn't do: trust to all the negative reviews you find on the net and don't use this service. They didn't reply to your email (or they do, after ten days). What it's worst, as I did a mistake on my arrival time the company (Budget) gave out my car leaving me with a smaller one that costs less than half of what I paid for.

Things you should be aware when renting cars via this service

We felt very humiliated and discriminated by the improper services of this company :
We planned the trips for our beloved family visiting in Israel. As you all might know, nothing is cheap in the holy land so we turned very happy finding Rental 24H service. They offered half price so we thought what could go wrong!? We ordered the car only three days in advance for 14/7 - 16/7, and there the issues started. No response until 13 th of July and we decided to approach the Hertz who the car we ordered belongs. in Hertz Israel, customer service was very arrogant but after bagging them we got our order approved (despite the fact that Rental24H is responsible for this action). After we went to Hertz (Beersheba, Israel) for picking up the ordered vehicle, we were rejected giving the car and why? because the one who ordered (the credit card holder) and one who was supposed to drive (both the same family members) were not the same person. We had previous experience with other car rental companies, never faced this ridiculous explanation though. But appeared this was not the end of our unfortunate story - Immediately we called to the customer service Rental24H in order to cancel it, where we got very rude and malicious answer that it is our fault and only. So the price for the car was charged but we were left without any answer or will to find the solution from either companies Hertz Israel or Rental 24H.

I would suggest not to relay much on either companies as they are not willing to service the customers well, In case of issues you will be left alone without even a try of solving them.

For me it was the first experience, since I've really appreciate it, I've really thankful for this company. Everything was in a high level. From urgency to pick up the car to possibility to save my money. Because of service that company offers - "Excess fee", I allowed oneself to rent the car (it's up to 50% of discount). So, for me chanced upon this site was like a treasure. I like it so much and recommend everyone.

We really enjoyed Rental24H service. My friends and I had an unforgettable trip to Philadelphia. There were 4 of us, and we needed the option of additional driver. We rented an economy car. There was a wide range of economy cars for any taste and budget at Rental24H.com. What is more, we even found a deal with free additional driver.
We didn’t have any problems with some extra fees or payments. As we booked our car in advance, the only thing we had to pay for was fuel. By the way, if you want to get the lowest prices, you should book your desired car two weeks in advance.
Rental24H exceeded all our expectations. We avoided any messing up in public transport and had an incredible trip to Philadelphia.
