Unable to leave reviews on website

I’ve always found Replacebase to be a dependable supplier of parts and appreciate their service overall. However, I can only give 3 stars on this occasion due to a long-standing issue with their website. For about six months, I’ve been unable to leave a product review because of a recurring reCAPTCHA timeout error. I first reported this in July 2025 and received the response: “Our IT team are aware of this and are working on a fix.” I understand these things can take time, but unfortunately, the issue still appears to be present as of February 2026.

Quick service and exactly what I needed

Needed a new battery for my old MacBook, very easy to search the system and find a compatible product . Customer service responded quickly, if curtly, to some questions. Ordered in the afternoon and it all arrived in less than 24hours.

Excellent Trustworthy company

This is an excellent company to deal with a great selection of products at great prices Customer service is fantastic and delivery speed is awesome.I have been purchasing products from Replace base for years and have never had any issues that have not been solved straight away a good honest company.

The experience was very good

The experience was very good. I ordered a battery for my Garmin fenix 5. The first battery they sent was sadly faulty, I contacted them to let them know, and they sent me a new one very quickly. Excellent customer service.

Replacement Battery For Samsung S21

I ordered a replacement battery for my Samsung S21.

I was really worried about buying "genuine" batteries from the likes of eBay etc. So when I found a cracking deal on Replace Base, I ordered right away.

The battery appears to be 100% genuine and has completely transformed my old phone.

Delivery was mega fast and the cost of the battery itself was very reasonable.

I would definitely order from them again.
