If I was asked a few days ago for my review, I may have given a 3 star review because of shipping but my interaction with an individual from your customer service department has yielded unexpected results and have left me so very happy that this company actually listens and is willing to help if you have any issues. Thank you Represent for providing top quality clothing and superb quality service. I will definitely be returning for future purchases and would highly recommend to anyone else here in Canada who wants to place an order.

I've ordered twice from this company. My daughter loves her shirt & hoodie. The fit is true to size & the graphics are amazing. So far the quality is good as they've held up through machine washing.

The shirt is extremely well made, comfortable, and fit as expected. The package shipped in a timely manner. I would have rated higher if the price had been a bit lower

DO NOT BUY. I ordered my shirt in December and when I never got a follow up email, I got in touch with them. Apparently product delays. Weeks pass. I ask again. Production delays. Weeks pass. I ask again. Guess what? Production delays. Months have passed since I first bought it. I was finally able to get a refund, but I’m honestly skeptical they’re going to give it to me. I do not trust this company. They repeatedly lied and lied and lied to me. All I wanted was a t-shirt and all I got was my money stolen and a headache. DO NOT BUY.

My teen loves that he can purchase his favorite You Tuber's apparel here. We don't mind the shipping delays because we know it is not amazon prime. We like supporting the artists.

Shipped earlier than expected, super soft, and great print quality, however I ordered an XL and it fit like a medium. It was super tight.

I had to contact support via email to inquire about a refund (not the fault of the company). My experience with the representative was fantastic, they were quick, polite, and understanding. I am very satisfied and have no complaints.

Wonderful shirts and were shipped in a timely manner. Of course I love that part of the money goes to veterans.

product was slightly damaged (some joints were damaged), but general quality is good and the service/tracking was good as well

If i could give a zero I would. they gave me a full store credit because my order came 2 mmonths after it was supsoed to last year. used the credit this year and still had to pay a little extra. shipping was ok however, I order the same size as last year and both the Large and 3x are a lest a 2 size smaller. my kids still wearing the hoodies I bought last year and we compared them. My 12 that wears the large is wearing the 3x and my older son has nothing. the quality is horrible and trying to send back is frustrating. I will never order from here again.

Ordered something on the 11th of December for my brother and ship time was January 5th supposedly. As of January 20th I haven't received a shipping date on my order. I sent an email to customer service and didn't get much of a response. Pretty irritated since they accepted the money for the order back in mid December and still haven't shipped anything. It's currently in 'production' but yeah... probably not using again.

Shipping fees were correct since I live in France and it came way faster than expected!

I can only give a 3 star review for my experience! While Represent customer service was incredibly helpful over emails, and issued a prompt refund- I never received the shirt I ordered. There was 2 delivery companies contracted that not only failed to deliver my package a number of times despite me being in my home waiting for the delivery, but ultimately lost my package.
Apple Express told me that my phone number was not provided, but instead they were provided with the phone number for Represent and therefore were unable to contact me during delivery. I provided my own phone number during ordering so I’m unsure how that happened.
Unfortunately, I was not only given bad service by Apple Express, but DHL as well, who were unable to assist me in retrieving my package, but also spoke over me and cut me off during phone calls.
I know this doesn’t fall squarely on the shoulders of this company, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable suggesting this website to a friend. While they have some amazing artists selling their products, I just can’t get behind it sadly.

Seems that order is stalled somewhere.
Order was placed beginning of November, recieved an order confirmation that order would be shipped beginning of December. Now in the middle of January no parcel has been recieved, No mails have been recieved, the tracking number does not exist, but money has been taken. Could be helpful to get info about shipment and correct tracking no.

I had lost my original order and was waiting for an item; contacted support and they responded in less than a day with a copy of my original order. Friendly and prompt. Excellent customer service!

So difficult to figure out the site. I placed my order, received confirmation, and then was told that my order would be printed by X date and then shipped. THEN I got an email that my order had been shipped, but when checking my order the tracking number was invalid as the parcel did not yet exist. Very difficult process over a simple hoodie.

Love it the quality is great wait time is a little long but what do you expect.

Represent kept in contact when I had questions. The delivery arrive exactly when they said it would. I would do business again with this company. My grandson loves the clothes!
