Sandra made my experience great!!

Sandra made my experience great and she went beyond my expectations.. I bought a mens size for my son and didn’t realize it was not youth.. she sent me the links and it was a great east purchase.. she even sent a link for me to return the other merch.. but decided to keep the Cory Kenshin merch so my son and I can match 😊 thanks again Sandra!!! Ordered 3 T-shirts in November , had email to say you have received my items back , I wanted a refund for one and 2 exchanges , weeks went by after loads of emails I then went through Klarna , which you then straight away acknowledged refund me the one I wanted refunding , but now I am still waiting for my 2 items I wanted a exchange for ?? So paying for 2 T-shirts I don’t have , shocking customer service regardless of the quality this will kill your brand over time

I love represent!

I love represent working with all its creators to give people amazing merchandise. I also love the payment options, when I can’t fully pay for it the merch fully I have to option to use klarna or after pay. I love that!!

Summary rating of the last 3 orders

I did a couple of orders by now, currently without an problems. I was a fan of the design and the quality by now.

But the last order was absolut insufficient.
1: Delivery - the delivery was incomplete and represent was not able to ship the products as ordered even if the website shows that the products are still on stock.
2: Communication - the customer communication was pretty bad and slow. I needed to remind via email to work on my complaint (refund was without problems and correct)
3: Quality - as mentioned, as of now I was a fan of represent, the design and quality but the latest products are pretty bad from quality prospective unfortunately. The materials peels extremely off so that I needed to wash the hoodie and sweatpants at least 2 times until peeling becomes acceptable. My apartment was full of peeled particles after first wearing.

Since I was really happy with the first orders and also the products, but the latest order was insufficient I can unfortunately give 2-3 out of 5 stars.

Never got my order.

Johnny's butterfly shirt is taking way too long to get shipped. It is ridiculous that something I ordered in the summer has not been shipped yet because there's a problem with their production. Well, hurry up, cancel that order, and give me my money back! I emailed them to cancel it because I don't live at the same address anymore but instead, they refunded my shipment fee and said they're going to still ship the merch. Just cancel it and give me a refund already! I emailed them a couple of times but they decided to ignore it. This retail company is not reliable, DO NOT BUY from them! They are totally making NCT's name look bad.

Big Troubles !!!

I think the brand is really great but I ordered 4 hoodies from there and only 3 arrived at my house.
My e-mails are not answered. Now I have an invoice on Klarna with 4 sweaters although I only received 3. I personally think it's an absolute no-go. A quality control should be carried out before shipment!!!

I purchased an items and forgot to use my 10%, so I tried to cancel right away. No cancel option, so I send an email with in 2 mins of placing the order and I get a response back saying they couldn't can because they are process my order. You are not process my order with in 2 mins. POOR SERVICE
