Amazing customer service - literally nicest and most understanding people I've ever dealt with online.

Did not receive my parcels. No one gives me a tracking code that works.
It's been more than 7weeks now.

Represent appears to run a fairly solid business for YouTube personalities and artists across the board. CoryxKenshin is a YT personality I've followed for a while, and would love to purchase his merchandise.

However, every time I visit his website specifically, I'm repeatedly flagged by Norton that the website is unsafe (caution orange), and Norton will not provide further details as to why. Cory's website is also the only one hosted by Represent that I've visited (so far) that gets flagged as potentially harmful.

If there's anything Represent as a company can do to remedy this, I would really appreciate it.

Shipment got significantly delayed without a notice. Address couldn’t be edited shortly after placing the order. Quality of the product is really poor - totally not worth the price. Customer service was okay even though they couldn’t really help me. Wouldn’t recommend Represent to anyone. Wouldn’t even purchase again for myself.

I got my package way sooner than expected. It's absolutely amazing and my sisters loved their Birthday Presents. The Spooky Scary Sunday Hoodie is hands down the best birthday present you could get anyone.

I have ordered through Represent on multiple occasions and have never had any issues.

I have read through reviews that talked about customer service and timelines. In truth, the timelines are quite vague. But that is something for which I was prepared and with which I was comfortable before placing my orders. And thus, have never had any issues.

The product quality is amazing and I love them. The products are comfortable and well made. They are a staple in my wardrobe.

I loved my T-shirts so much I ordered more! They are good quality, the sizes are actually correct and the prints are bright and of high quality.
The postage took ages but hey! I'm all the way at the bottom of the South Pacific so I was pleased to wait a while.
The shop owner I brought from donates a good portion of profits to a charity I love and It was a great way for me to contribute too.

I ordered items online and received automated tentative dates on when they would be shipped. When I received a partial, I reached out to Represent support and was told they didn't know and couldn't give me an update. Fast forward 10+ communications, over a month later, asking for any update on items that were over a month late. At this point, I am told that they are sold out and can't send me the items I requested. Since they sent me a partial order, I cannot get a full refund because "They are not responsible for shipping" So not only do I have to pay to send back the incorrect order, but They will not refund me the original shipping cost.

#sdcc @comic_con - Represent doesn't really care about your brand so unless you are getting a good deal you should look for another company to provide merchandise for your event.

This is my fourth time ordering from represent, and let me tell you it is worth it! Yes sometimes it is a little pricey, but the quality is great and it ships fast.
I did recently ordered a NCT shirt, but sadly it had the wrong signature on it (I didn’t realize it), but they reached out to me saying they would send me another one with the right signature and I got to keep one that I already have.
So I would highly recommend ordering from here.

This is the second round of merch from Represent. Ten of NCT & Capsuleby127. Both are well made, extremely comfortable, wear well and arrived quickly. Definitely look forward to more in the future

I asked if I could exchange the shirt I ordered for a different one with the same price. I asked months before the estimated delivery time and the person told me no because” it was in the process of being delivered” but said I could exchange it once I received the item. Months later when I finally received it I emailed support and they said I couldn’t exchange it or get a refund. Horrible customer service and the shirt quality is not worth the price. Use comfort colors shirts or a better quality material stop being greedy, you’ll make you’ll still make your money.

I purchased two hoodies, and the size was perfect. My teenagers love it! Thus is the third time I ordered hoodies and it always come before expected time.

Had a fault with a pair of the elasticated split pants. Sent them back around 4 weeks ago now and yet to receive a refund. Have emailed numerous times to ask what is happening and no reply so i won’t be using represent again.

Great shopping time and great quality in the clothes
